Its on tonight, 9PM opposite Angel, and followed by Celebrity Adventures with Alyson Hannigan (Dead God help me, I know I'll watch it). According to their online schedule, they replay the Behind the Scenes Buffy at 3PM and 7PM tomorrow.

For the benefit of all, the Buffy Weekends thing is a localized phenomenon. As I understand it, most local markets have acquired licenses for one episode a week. Here in Atlanta, it's a FOX affiliate, but I've heard of other markets using WB affiliates. It makes more sense to see it on FOX since they own those first seasons, but Buffy licensing is as jumbled as they come. In any case, it's supposed to be shown in order, from season #1, once a week. As always, check your local listings.

it's really interesting to see all of the original characters there and to see how they've changed over the course of the seasons. basically, all of the female cast has gone from cute women to hot hot hot!!!
and again, it's good to be able to see the old episodes that i may or may not have seen before.

I have Buffy weekends on my local WB station, I get FX, and I have the season three tapes. The tapes have a link to http://www.buffyvideo.com, but the site is now a FOX advertisment site. I would have liked to see what was on that site...

I agree with you, Das. I read a little blurb about that special that sounded like it might be kinda spoilery. So I'm waiting until after Buffy tonight to watch it. Also, don't read the online or print versions of the TV Guide blurbs for this week's or next week's eps. VERY spoilery. Damn them. I'm not going to read them any more. Gave away a lot.

I enjoyed yesterday's show (on FX) which finally spilled the beans on Angel, and the attraction between Buffy and Angel.
So...how does the Master bring back Darla?

das, I realize that this comment wasn't made today. In light of the exchanges by other members yesterday, I would like to ask that you do us all a favor and let it go if you haven't already.
Thanks,

Anyway, it was alright I guess. The weirdest thing was that the guy who plays Wesley on Angel, Alexsis Densenwhatever, is her boyfriend, so it was a bit gross...Willow and Wesley kissing. No, but that guy actually has to make himeslf cool to play Wesley! He is a dork with a capital D, and...you know, I just hate the fantasy veil lifted sometimes. But other than that, it was your usual hanging out with tribesmen, lloking at waterfalls, going scuba diving, looking for wild dolphins and such. Alyson was cute...she used the word "complainosaurous" which I havent heard anyone say since I was in the third grade.

Yes it was weird! I saw part of the Celeb Adv too - and couldn't believe my eyes (or ears - no british accent!!) when I saw Wesley and Willow together. And Alyson cracked me up when she called someone a complainasaurus (in regard to a complaint about the outhouse style bathroom situation, so I would've complained, too.
). Alyson doesn't seem all that different from Willow - very sweet and engaging. But that lack of a british accent threw me for a loop with Alexis. I kept saying "it's so weird how he almost sounds like Wesley." As if Wesley is some real person that Alexis sounds sort of like, instead of a character that he plays - that's how real the characters seem to me, lol.

Regarding Wesley's accent: That reminds me of the first time I realized Spike's accent was phony, too... I couldn't believe it when I heard James Marsters sounding like a San Diego surfer dude...
I have to say, they've made 2 characters very different from themselves very believeable...

Adam - I had forgotten about Spike - I just recently heard his real voice, too. Just as bizzare!
And Patman - thanks for the laugh! That was always one of my favorite Jon Lovitz skits.
And it's definitely a testament to the caliber of actor on Buffy and Angel that people completely believe the character they're portraying, down to the smallest things. Doesn't get any better than this!
