I know I'll have to use a couple of tapes/week to get all 10 hours of FX Buffy. this is getting rough! But sacrifices must be made!

Do we see Kendra again?

Do we see Kendra again?- Yes (but I've never actually seen the episode[s]. So that will be cool.)

Personally,.. I.. tink.. dat.. Kendra.. is.. da.. most.. annoyeen..character..I..have..seen..on..Buffy....

For Petes sake, I know she is supposed to be cold/emotionless and all that, but combine slow line delivery with thick accent and I wish there were Vampire Slayer-Slayers so she would shut up.

Spoiler:
Doesn't Kendra get slayed (which brings about Faith later on)?

Hahaha! Tonight's FX Buffy features John Ritter as Joyce's boyfriend, and Buffy's not happy at all at this development.

I actually like Kendra, I think she is better than Faith, and to see Xander and Cordy together again is damn_funny

I can't see this Xander/Cordy lasting too long, but it is mighty funny to see the most unlikely couple hooking up.

Blasphemy!- No one, I repeat, no one is better than Faith. Speaking of which, I popped in the 'This Years Girl' two-parter just last night.

Ugh, Kendra? At least they could have gotten someone who could SOMEWHAT do a Jamacan accent. Her's was so awful, I shudder every time she opens her mouth in those eps. At least it gets a little better by the time she comes back.

And FAITH RULES!!!!

Jamaican, huh? I kept trying to figure out where she was supposed to be from. I would occasionally hear an Irish accent every second sentence or so.

Since she's African-American looking, that's what I ASSUMED she was trying to do. But it was really bad, whatever it was.

As someone who has lived in Jamaica for 7 years, let me just say she has the worst Jamaican accent if thats what they were going for. Besides, she didn't say 'Irie' even once.

My guess would be Africa.

Oh, and Faith Rules!

I thought I heard some Irish too and figured I was nuts. At least I'm not alone.

It doesn't seem to be anything consistently. But for some strange reason I sort of like it. I guess I am nuts.

10/29/01 - Part 2 of the "Angel goes bad" episode.

This was a pretty heart-wretching conclusion to the "Return of Angelus" story.

After experiencing a moment of true bliss with Buffy on her 17th birthday, the gypsy curse over Angel has been removed, and Angelus is back, and nastier than ever.

The true colors of Ms. Calendar are revealed (she was a gypsy, sent to keep Buffy and Angel apart), and it seems it is finally kaput with her and Giles.

Willow finally finds out the wacky lustful relationship between Xander and Cordy. But she also develops feelings for Oz.

Willow is also the one that figures out that Buffy and Angel were doing the horizontal bop on her 17th birthday (finally Giles gets it - his expression was priceless).

Buffy's heart is ripped to shreds. But she is strong enough to blow the hell out of the Judge with the help of a nice bazooka that Xander "borrowed" from the local army base. And then in a showdown between Buffy and Angelus, they scrap, but Buffy does end up whipping his butt, gives him a good knee in the groin, but leave him "alive" because she still hasn't worked up to being able to kill him yet.

It's fun to be reminded of how good this show really was in those 2nd and 3rd seasons. Sometimes it all runs together, and I forget the little things: like how great Oz was, and how hot Ms. Calendar was. I haven't seen most of these episodes since their original airings ... I'm thoroughly enjoying seeing them again. 2-a-day is too wonderful.

There have been some great lines in the past few episodes.

"I'm a 17 year old male. Looking at linoleum gets me hot." --Xander to Cordelia

"For 3 days out of the month, I'm not easy to be around either"--Willow to Oz.

"Xander needs to wake up and smell the hottie."-- Buffy to Willow.

I'm officially hooked!

The FX episodes have been very memorable the last two days.

The Monday ep. with Angel going bad and today with Jenny Calendar - wow, I didn't expect that.

4 hours of Buffy tomorrow! Too bad I saw 3 of them already.

Ack!

Spoiler:
So that's how Ms. Calendar gets taken out. I'm crushed. I will miss her.
.

The Valentine episode was funny (amor run amok). Was that episode shown in the right order? And then the 2nd episode last night was just packed with stuff with ramification for the rest of the season.

BTW, how many more episodes until we get to the season finale of Season two?

Yeah, that should be the right order. Should be three more episodes and then the 2 part finale I think.

Last night was Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered and Passion, episodes 16 and 17 respectively, so that makes five episodes to go.

Damn, I couldn't resist watching that 3rd hour of FX Halloween Buffy last night, and got way too many spoilers for this Buffy neophyte. Oh well. I did better on the 4th hour (looked to be season 4 or 5, relatively recent) and just flipped over to watch the Amazing Race, though I did tape that 4th Buffy in case I experienced a weak moment over the weekend.
