Re: Disney+ streaming service

My D+ finally expired, it's the first time I've been without since the service launched. Hulu is about to expire too, and now I'm wondering if I should just do the 19.99 no ads bundle, the Hulu plus Disney Plus (w. ads... yuck) or just wait until black friday to see what they'll offer (or wait to see what they do with the app merger).

I did the $20 deal yesterday…just tired of dealing with it all.

Re: Disney+ streaming service

Can someone tell me why I’m paying $29 for Disney plus ($11) and Hulu ($17.99)?

No, seriously. How much is everyone paying?

Good question as the 'Duo Premium' bundle (Disney+/Hulu no ads) is $19.99/mo per their website.

Thanks to my Verizon plan I pay $6/mo for the ad free upgrade to Hulu. Disney+ (no ads)/Hulu/ESPN+ are included in my plan.

Yeah the 19.99 is the way to go. For some reason they almost hide that as an option (there are graphical representations of the other bundles but like a small text blurb on the very bottom for just ad free Hulu and Disney for 19.99)

Well they much rather you have the ad "experience" now than ad free. But it doesn't seem that hidden... just click on 'View All Plan Options'.

of course this debacle caused my subscriptions for the trio were all cancelled and i couldn’t get in. Took another call and me actually yelling, which I truly never do (side effects from medication) to fix it. Yelled to 2 different service reps with different companies. I seem to get annoyed very easily. Again, from meds. Prednisone is an evil bitch of a drug.

Re: Disney+ streaming service

So, put on Hulu and it’s the ad version. I always had the ad free version. After a 40 minute call at 9pm est it’s finally resolved. Fuck!!!

Re: Disney+ streaming service

Couldn't quite remember how I had my account, so checked it. I subscribe to Hulu (no ads) for $17.99 and I have Disney+ as an add on for $2.99.

Re: Disney+ streaming service

My bundle price is now $24.99 and I just used my final $9.99 off AMEX credit for November.

I can live without ESPN + I am a sports fan, but hardly use it and now with the AMEX credits gone, the $24.99/month 3 bundle is not worth it to me. I'm going to change it to the D+/Hulu bundle.
