I should modify what I said a little. MKV streaming via WMC is seamless if you are a Windows 7 user. I seem to recall it may have some issues on Vista (cannot recall for certain).

You likely need to go deeper into the Deep Roads. Check the Map. I am almost certain you need to go deeper in. If you have cleared everything, you need to go get to Branka.
