Creepy Halo 3 question

Creepy Halo 3 question
OK, so my kids play Halo all the time, and my one son was viewing his friend's fileshare and saw this:




My son is Kev the KMan, and the pic says "Kev the KMan, I'm watching you, and it has a running timer with todays date & time, and below that it says 14 days. The guy that posted the pic isn't in my son's friend list, and there is another one in there also from someone else saying the same thing.

What exactly is this, and is it something to be concerned about?

I did ask them, they don't know who posted the pic or what it means...THAT'S why I'm posting on a message board. I'm trying to find out what the Hell this is.

Looks to me like a piece of coding that displays the player's gamertag in the preview screen.

yea, this is a modded file, nothing to be worried about. it displays the users gamertag of the person viewing the pic.
