In my experience, leaving the headphones plugged into the remote when not using presents a significant drain on the battery life. I now make it a point to disconnect them when not using. Otherwise...

It depends. Was this an error on the part of B&N? If so, they should send you a prepaid label. They did that for me just recently.

In my case the "UPS" tracking # was actually FedEx , but the tracking status was never updated on FedEx's site... never even showed that FedEx picked up the order for processing. Little elves...

You can still get this at importcds.com for about $383 shipped... can't vouch for their service but they did ship my order the same day I placed it.

Agreed. Criterion recently released "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" without hard-of-hearing subtitles, a first as far as I can remember. The disc does have subtitles for the foreign language...

David E. Kelley should totally see if he can borrow Calista Flockhart from Brothers & Sisters for this project. He could put an angsty, ironic, Daria-like spin on the character. That would ROCK.

Holy crap, if I ever wanted a bigger collection this thread has certainly cured me. I hate to even think about the opportunity costs of these figures vs. prepayment on a mortgage. -eek-
