Ok, well I guess everyone's results may vary. I've had good luck with ticketmaster.com for the most part.

Me too. I had TM on the phone and was refreshing my browser like mad and didn't get squat. The guy on the phone couldn't even pull up tickets for about 90 seconds. Of course, once he did, he said the show was already sold out

Finally, my loyalty to the devil has paid off! I waited for hours in the bitter cold outside of theater of living arts and walked out with tix for both shows! I've been a fan forever and can't wait to get my chance to catch Trent at a smaller venue~this will be one of the best shows I ever got tix for. Can't wait!

I too tried to get tickets at 5pm with no luck and therefore was almost late to Motley Crue (philly traffic is awful for those of you who don't know). But I wouldn't blame ticketmaster completely. I would blame the scalpers. Take a look at ebay, tons of tickets for this show going for outrageous prices. The only way to stop this is to not buy from scalpers (or maybe threaten them with bodily harm). If no one would buy from scalpers (or ticket agencies as they like to be called) they would go broke in a week. I feel really bad for those of you who haven't seen NIN live yet, at least I did once on the fragility 2.0 tour.

Here's hoping that they come around again at bigger venues

More like ticketbastard, am I right?

I wasn't able to score tickets this time around, but I'm not too terribly sad over it. I caught them 4x on the last tour, and I have a feeling I'll be able to make it somehow.

I was going to call them ticketbastard, but am new to these boards and wasn't sure about what kind of language I was allowed to use.

Has anyone else ever had to buy through neweratickets.com? I tried this morning for Jimmy Buffett tix and the damn thing crashed halfway through the first time, then I had to clear my cookies to get back in. And thus got crappy seats. And to top it off you have to create an account to buy tix there. I hate sites like that!

I've got tickets to both dates in Denver. Got the second date through the presale, and the first date through normal sale. Well, my buddy got them for me, as I was in transit at the time.

By the way, a new With Teeth player is up at http://www.bandbuilder.com/nin/

but shit, it's a tiny venue and i'l deal.

may 13th boston ....................sweet!

samples from all songs on With Teeth.
Looks like they are just a few measures looped from each song for around 1:02.
You get a good idea of what the album supposed to sound like though..it's old school mixed with new school.

keep in mind these are just small parts of the song, so it's kinda hard to judge..."right where it belongs" is the piano ballad though, good stuff.
enjoy.

enjoy.

I like a lot, seems like there are a few catchy tracks on here. It doesn't seem so down like the other albums, not that there aren't some of those songs on here. Definitely a mix a of new and old.

Any get a Pixies vibe coming off a few of these tracks, specifically Getting Smaller?
Also Only seems like a good dance song.

I can only imagine the remixes Trent will cook up.

Looks like THE DRESDEN DOLLS are opening for NIN on most dates. They are a great band, but it's weird to have them paired with NIN:

I love NIN, but I thought The Fragile was just bloated and aimless. It felt like a poor imitation of the previous NIN albums. The stuff I'm hearing from the new album so far sounds like a much welcomed return to form for Trent. Can't wait 'till May!

I agree. I'm rarely a fan of double lps because few artists can actually fill them with good music. I can only take about 75 minutes of NIN before songs start to run together for me anyhow.

But what does he have against Springsteen?

And I agree with the comments about The Fragile. It seemed overlong to me, too. I was impressed with the looped With Teeth clips.

Getting Smaller has been leaked...I have listened to it..pretty odd..doesn't blow me away, but totally different direction for NIN..just a balls to the wall rock song..kinda nirvanesque cause of David Grohl...
also..
for the NIN - Downward Spiral DVD dual disc...for those who know about yourmusic.com , they have it for 5.99...pretty damn good price if ya ask me.

That's weird, the rest of the albums are $5.99 as well. Are they used or something?
