Yeah I’m less upset about the hideous cover than I am about getting shafted the special features.
As of right now the UK is four discs. Two cuts on UHD and two Blu rays which have the special features. The US is just getting a UHD set.

I think the Rosemary's Baby cover is great, very clever. I think I'm still rocking the Exorcist DVD set with 1-3, and the docs, so might pick up the UHD just for image quality.

The layout and graphic treatment could be improved, but that's a pretty pivotal image from the movie. It's the point where Regan goes from victim to puppet. It's iconic.

I asked DiabolikDVD on Facebook about them getting the UK Exorcist. This was their response:
it is so confusing so I wouldn’t say you are misinformed. The reality is that Amazon will get most of them. We were told that we will get some but I have no idea how many we will actually get.
