I watched this Sunday for the first time...

it was basically ID4 on the ground but not that bad. The PQ was excellent and sound really good. A good popcorn movie.

Black Death - Loved this movie. It's like a medieval version of "The Wicker Man". Gorgeous cinematography, great FX work and some excellent acting. One of my favorites I've seen this year.

Jonah Hex needed something 90 minutes or less and this fits the bill. Saw this before as a rental and that was enough but needed some filler titles at the last BBPV sale

watched 'Devil' which I thought was a pretty decent flick that clocked in at 80mins. Followed that up with 'Insidious' - also a decent flick

The Fighter Good movie but too depressing so I didn't get through the whole thing

Heartbreak Kid Needed some lighthearted humor after the depressing fighter

Great looking film and any "Miike-isms" are kept in check. Could be Miike's most mature film. Good stuff!

I saw this for a second time, and I strangely thought the new cut of Gods & Generals was better: in PQ, AQ, and story structure.

the DTS-HD MA sound on Alien is also ace.

as for 'Transformers 2' - on the Walmart 'IMAX' version the clarity and sharpness of the action scenes (shot in 15/70 film stock) is eye-searing

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) - Not very good, but better than I feared.

Hunt To Kill Stone Cold Steve Austin basically remakes Cliffhanger with a little Rambo thrown in. Wasn't expecting much and was still disappointed.
