I saw the trailer for "Hulk Vs." on the Invincle Iron Man blu, and it looked OK. Nothing special. Will still probably get it because it's the Hulk, if not I'll just Netflix it.

Not that anyone cares but....
This should sell about, what, 6 copies?
According to DVDActive:
Fox Home Entertainment has announced 1-disc ($29.98), 2-disc ($34.98), and Blu-ray ($39.99) editions of Babylon A.D. which stars Vin Diesel and Mélanie Thierry. Each will be available to own from the 6th January. The 1-disc will include theatrical and unrated cuts of the film, along with 2 featurettes (Babylon Babies, Arctic Escape) and a sneak peak at Behind Enemy Lines: Colombia. The 2-disc DVD and Blu-ray releases will include all that, along with 2 additional featurettes (Fit For The Screen, Flight of the Hummers), a graphic novel prequel to Babylon A.D, a still gallery, and a digital copy of the film. The Blu-ray release will also include an Interactive “Scene Evolution” in BonusVIEW Mode. Stay tuned for artwork.

EDIT: Blu-ray.com say "The film will be presented in its unrated cut on a BD-50 with video presented as 1.85:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack."
So, again I'm guessing, no Theatrical. But If a movie gets released and nobody sees it, does it still exist? or something..

I really don't see how Ghost Hunters can look any better on HiDef since it's shot on standard crappy looking video...
love the series, and will get this, but odd that's it a bluray release.

"George Feltenstein, Senior Vice President of Warner Home Video has revealed that 'Gone with the Wind' and 'The Wizard of Oz' will both see release in 2009. He also revealed that these two titles will make use of BD-Live technology to provide even more content for these two classics. Additionally, Felenstein mentioned that 'An American in Paris' and 'A Star is Born' are currently being cleaned-up for a high definition release.
And if that weren't even enough, he also hinted that we may see the entire Lord of the Rings series sooner than later. Press material has already indicated that 'The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring' will be coming in 2009; now it appears that the other two films in the series may also see release next year as well. Stay tuned."

As for the Lord of the Rings, I can't imagine they would actually release them one at a time. Good to hear they might not be doing that.

psst.... DNR'd
hoohaahaaheehee.
DVDBeaver has a review and pics up from the Japanese edition... oh, it's very tempting.
but seriousily, though Super Speedway..... oh hell ya! even the current standard dvd boasts one of the best and most insane 5.1 soundmixes - lossless DTS on the bluray (?!) - sonic whiplash!
