Animal House and Unleashed are now both $24.49 on Amazon. That's an awesome deal considering that they are both Combos and were about $30 a day ago.

$24.49 is the typical 30% off that pretty much every HD DVD title has.

Right, but they have been up for weeks now at $30 until yesterday. So it would be a deal for people who wanted to order them, but didn't want to pay $30.

They're all usually up at $30 when they first start out on Amazon. Then they drop. This isn't anything new.

Thanks, just ordered Animal House! The price drops may be nothing new, but the heads-up on when they hit is appreciated here... I just hope the shipping isn't delayed, I really want this one!

Good luck. I don't know any amazon orders that ship on time. I've just come to accept it. Luckily, my next one probably won't be until September for Backdraft and Traffic.

for what it's worth, my Amazon order of Pitch Black shipped yesterday. Not exactly on time, in that I didn't get it on the release date, but much better than I expected from them.

My order of Pitch Black and Enter The Dragon still says ship date July 26th.

But with the 10% off, and the pre-order discount, and triple Amazon points on my credit card, it'll be worth the wait.

Using the $10 off coupons from google checkout, I got The Fugitive HD-DVD for a little over $15 shipped from dvdempire and Pitch Black HD-DVD from cduniverse for a little over $17 shipped.

Got my Pitch Black through Amazon Prime as well... then again, that title has been listed there for awhile now. I've only experienced delays with the close-to-last-minute listings like Enter The Dragon.

It's now an HD DVD THANKS! Calling them now.

I see it's still not taking the 10% discount off, but at least now it's labeled correctly. I may have to shoot them another e-mail soon. Oh, Amazon...why must everything be so difficult .

Decided to cash in on those Google Checkout coupons.

Grabbed Pitch Black shipped for $17.34 from CD Universe and preordered Sleepy Hollow for $14.54 shipped from DVD Empire. Thankfully neither of these is a double dip though I have watched Sleepy Hollow I just never got around to buying it. I enjoyed Riddick so I thought I would give the first film a shot. I know a lot of people that liked it.

I thought the coupons were dead???
EDIT: I guess not. But they don't have The Italian Job up and that's the only one I want. I wonder when they expire.

Yeah, I got Pitch Black the other day for the same price and I got The Fugitive from DVD Empire for about $15 and change. Both already shipped.

I also ordered The Chronicles of Riddick from Bestprices. It was $16 and change shipped, but they are not getting any in until 8/8. I dont mind waiting though.

They have some awesome prices on that site. Blazing Saddles was only $18.99, so after the coupon and shipping, it would be about $11. Most of the WB titles were $18.99.

FYI, the price on Traffic has dropped by $1 at Amazon.

Ray, Traffic, Red Dragon, End of Days, Land of the Dead, and Animal House have dropped slightly in price (the combos to 23.95, the standard Hd-DVD's to 19.95)

Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas also dropped to $19.95.

Ordered Fast Times and Animal House. $21.21 each is a not bad for the combo discs. However, I plan on cancelling my Amazon Prime next month. Anyone know if it will cause orders shipping after its cancelled to get messed up? I really don't want to mess this up while they are 32% off and Fast Times ships long after I will cancel.
