Should I just tell people, "Oh, I'm sorry, your birthday gift didn't arrive because Amazon is jerking me around"? I've spent thousands of dollars on this site in the past 6 months, and I have many HD DVDs on pre-order with your site, for discs that will be released as late as November. I like your site. Your prices are good and Amazon Prime is a good deal. I have an Amazon credit card, so I'm fully invested in what you offer. But this is a real blow to my confidence in your site's abilities to get me the products I ordered in a timely fashion. I would like to know what you're doing to rectify this situation. Furthermore, I notice you have HD DVDs that are readily available at physical stores (movies like Troy and The Manchurian Candidate) that your website doesn't even acknlowedge as having been released. I am willing to spend a lot of money on HD DVD, and I would like to spend it here. But if you continue to mess around with releases like this, I will be forced to take my money elsewhere.
