YMMV on this one... but look at this guys:

This was at a checkout line in an ACME supermarket (Albertson's). I'm going to check it out to see if I find any others. Not a huge deal but keep your eyes open.

Haven't read the whole thread, but I finally got Aeon Flux and it was from Walmart.com. It was $19.97 and shipping was $.97. Nice to see that they have stuff, and the price isn't bad. Finally not raping on s/h either.

Also, the prices of the players have to come down a bit for me. I imagine next year, a good player will be available for the price of the A1. If there is one this fall (as speculated by a couple people), I would look into it, but only if the release quality gets better.
Like HD-DVD did, Sony and its studios might be throwing up titles to get press, but have to delay them. It wouldnt surprise me. We will see. Thats the one thing that made me mad at hd-dvd was the promised titles that we still havent heard any dates for.

There's a coupon for this weekend. It's not "ongoing."

It is encouraging that they may be lowering prices soon though.

Regarding this so-called BB deal:
1) You can't do in-store pickups for preorders.
2) Who knows what the price will be when you can.
3) You still have to pay sales tax (well most of us do anyway)
4) You can pre-order all of these NOW for $18 shipped at Amazon.
So, short of anyone not having a credit card to order online or wanting to use some RZ certs, why are we even considering this a deal?

They are NOT cheaper than Amazon, even before taxes.
The only benefit I can see right now in getting from BB is:
1) instant gratification
2) you'd like to burn some RZ bucks
