this made IE crash on my computer at home, but running FF here at work and the ad doesn't seem to "run". I haven't updated to the newest version of FF and my computer is pretty old.

Either way, the ad doesn't just suck ass, it steps WAY over the line of what is acceptable.

I haven't had any problems with the ad but I can see how it would be annoying. The movie looks kind of cool to me.

The movie does look cool, but I'll never know for sure because I refuse to watch it now.

Yea, the movie doesn't look that "family friendly" either.

Thank you.

If they could also mention that I said this ad sucks, it would go a long ways.

Getting a haircut should be consensual, especially on a family friendly forum. Add me to the Frontiers ad hate.

It's one thing to market a movie and another to get bombarded by it everytime I come here. Rest assured to whichever the studio is distributing it, I will never watch this movie and will tell anyone I know stupid enough to even consider seeing it not to.

This is the worst roll-over ad I've seen on here. I loathe it.

Am I justified in illegally downloading this one and seeding it on my 5 mbps up FIOS?

I hardly ever come to this part of the forum. I am not surprised to see a topic about the very thing I was going to post about. WTF is wrong with you people putting a AD like that on the forum. That damn thing is giving me freaking headache. I mean come on people. I have to go out of my way to figure out a way to block that damn thing. Blueberry Cheesecake man. Blue fucking berry cheese fucking cake. hint hint cut that crap out. I will not see this fucking movie just for screwing up my day. Almost as bad as the screaming ad you had that you had a while back.

If threats were allowed I'd threaten your life because I feel my life is threaten by this ad. In fact I'm sure you taken 10 years off my life. Are you happy trying to kill me. WELL ARE YOU?

Must be an intense talk. Both sides shouting their point at each other, neither side willing to back down.

Yeah, not a chance that it actually gets taken down.

Screw it, I'll just use AdBlock. Works perfectly.

I was letting it go for a couple days, now the thing just pops without even scrolling near it. Fucking aggravating.

Time for adblock.

I've never seen this ad, except for the little one at the very top, but if it kept popping up, and doing all the shit described here, I would not come to this site until it was gone. Sounds like one of the most annoying ads ever. I fucking hate ads.

So I take it everyone will be posting that they're going to buy Frontier(s) in the What DVDs are you getting on 05.13.08...? thread in the DVD Talk forum.

And the thing is..you don't even have to rollover the add for it to take over the freaking screen, I tried to click on the 'forum' so I can go to a different board, and rolled out.

Gdam annoying.

Too late for me. I've taken the advice posted earlier to add the adblocker and flashblocker to Firefox. Sorry if that violates any agreements, and if that upsets IB then I will cheerfully sign out and never return.
