Gee which one to call? I guess I'll just close my eyes and point to one. NO wait. I have more important things to do than spend 2 hours trying to explain to some suits why their internet ad on a website they have never heard of sucks.
We shouldn't have to fucking call or email Lions Gate when IB is the one that approved the ad and is running it and have the ability to turn it off.
It really isn't our job it's IB's. Thanks for selling out G!.

Hard to believe it's still up. I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt but it's getting harder. Obviously a nice agreement was reached. I don't mind prominent ad campaigns, but you need to make sure those campaigns don't hinder the experience for your users to this extent. It's terrible business.

At this point it should be clear to everybody that this ad is going to run its course, all pleas to the contrary notwithstanding. Fin.

Yes because that takes all of 5 seconds. Emailing some giant company some email that will never be read or taken seriously is a bigger waste of time.

I haven't seen the AD at all today. I can't really blame IB. I'm sure they didn't do it knowingly. Yes, I know I said some mean things but I was mad then. Now I'm in a better place.
So you guys are still getting the AD? I can see the AD but it hasn't popped up on me like it did a few days back. As long as the ad behaves I don't mind it, but if it is still popping up non stop on people IB should be ashamed of themselves.

I don't want to leave the forum - I like it here. But that ad is annoying as hell, why the autoplay of sound?? I read above the fequency of it appearing will be cut down - bullshit. It's been everythread I visit (except this one oddly). Count me in as another person disabling all ads. G, why'd you leave us like this?

I don't think so. I think it has to do about horror movies that deal with torturing mostly women in a "perverted" sexual fashion (and sometimes men I guess) and ..i.e. the hostel 2 clip of a naked woman being gutted by another naked woman who is really getting off on it.
