Most Blockbuster Franchisee dont even have a "Sealed" with Security Sticker Copies for sale as all are for rent.

around 10copies for rent in Corporates and around 5copies for rent in franchisees.

That is why for serious "collectors" .. the following are valuable & RARE if "SEALED" and "with Security Stickers" (below is the partial listing and information - soon to follow).

- Royal Rumble 2007 (UPC:651191946105 Spine/Security Sticker #WWE94610)
- No Way Out 2007 (UPC:651191946112 Spine/Security Sticker #WWE94611)
- Wrestlemania 23 (UPC:651191946136 - Spine/Security Sticker #WWE9613)
- Backlash 2007 (UPC: 651191946143 - Spine/Security Sticker #WWE9614)

lastofthewild1s, Limited quanitties for sale with Blockbuster stores (especially Franchisee "not the corporate stores") does this, they are required to keep the limited new videos in cabinets/cupboards near the cash registry area.

Now the link below may not be wrestling but its a sample on how Blockbuster deal with limited quantity videos for sale:

If you just checked blockbuster.com recently it is entire different when those DVD were pre-released. There were separate listings in the their website. Same goes with Backlash,WM23 - two links were released one is for the regular edition and the other is for the 2 disck (exclusive).

It came from you, those which were shown available were the "1"disc not the two.

I will not contest, if the DVDs were opened, yes even if its 2disc its not rare

but my contest is if they were brand new sealed,
oh its very very rare

it says 2 discs. I haven't ordered it from them, because I haven't needed to, but there's nothing from my conversation with the manager and trying to order it through the website that leads me to think you can't. Where did you hear you couldn't?
If this was checked just right now, one may noticed why the "2disc edition" if clicked will lead you to the single disc? Its not like this when it was "pre-ordered" in blockbuster.com

And, now I know why you are contesting the rarity of the blockbuster DVDs, all of your copies were opened already? (it shows from your recent photo sharing - they are screen caps depicting that the set you own were alrady opened).

I have nothing against that however please take a look that once opened its entirely different from "sealed" (ofcourse with regards to blockbuster WWE exclusives).

Someone on Amazon.com (an online retailer that DVD Talk Forum seems to be quite fond of) was selling a used copy for $100. I was just wondering if that high of a price was typical for that dvd or not.

The price depends on the market and its accessibility.

Ofcourse one factor is Open and Sealed

some information concerning of the said DVD:

here is the cached information from my last finding of the said debacle:

Keep in mind, sealed or not, its only "worth" what some schmuck is willing (or stupid) enough to pay for it. This is wrestling, a large part of our lives or we wouldnt be here talking about it....Open it, watch it, enjoy it, and do it many times over!

Not exactly discussion, but the Royal Rumble Anthology is only $124.80 shipped after coupon at deepdiscount. Excellent price for something that seems to be going OOP.

Exactly. You'd be way better off putting your money into stocks than investing in DVDs.

EXACTLY, please open and enjoy what you purchase...Those few who do not travel to the beat of a different drum so please don't follow them. They purchase 10 versions of one dvd and do absolutely nothing with them...Move on please...
BTW....That Warrior shoot dvd is worthless to most people, it is absolutely horrible and there was a reason there was only 1000 made...Do NOT waste any money on that garbage...

Thank you for the heads up on this. It was still $180 on there when I looked earlier, so they've reduced it. I've been on the fence about picking this up, but I might have to go for it.

I remember WWEshop.com had it for about a week or so, then they started selling the regular 3 disc.

Well that answers that. I guess that takes the sting out of me not owning it, if only a little bit. Is it possible for you to list the extra...uhm extra's that are on the bonus chapter. If you can. Thanks.

Which is better? Wal-Mart Version of course the bonus disc is clock full of extras while the bestbuy version it's just hogan knows best dvd preview which is only 715mb data putted on a 4 gb dvd disc. same as CC piper's dvd they just shelled out 3gb worth of space.

Does anyone have a complete listing of TNA DVDs? I am trying to put together my collection and I am not able to find out a list of all the existing TNA DVDs. I recently just purchased the Best of America's Most Wanted which I found out is rare (and didn't even know it existed until recently) and the I found out that there are 2 versions of the Best of the Bloodiest Brawls (1 Disc and 2 Disc).

So there are apparently more TNA DVDs then I thought........anyone with a complete list or knowledge of rare TNA DVDs could post here would be much appreciated.

There was also a limited box set featuring Best of X-Division 1 (2nd version) & 2. It was right after two came out, and was only at Wal-Mart stores (at least at first).

Anyone have any pictures (or links) of the opened Royal Rumble Anthology? I'm curious to see just how flimsy the packaging is.

There are different definitions when it comes to rarity of the DVD. You have some that are rare because they're limited to stores:

Judgment Day 2002 (US - Shopzone Exclusive)
Vengeance 2002 (US - Shopzone Exclusive)
HHH: That Damn Good (Sam Goody Exclusive)
Homecoming (Walmart Exclusive)
Viewer's Choice: Best of 2001 (Koch Exclusive)

...or ones that were limited in multi-disc editions (the Stratus FYE edition, the Warrior 2-disc). Or better yet, ones that were rare because they didn't press a significant amount (nWo: Back in Black, Mania XV, Rumble/Wrestlemania 2000, Rumble 2001).
