I remember they used to have a great number of sealed WWF DVDs back in 2001-2002, and i used to buy them from there, since other stores like Best Buy stopped carrying WWF dvds right after the name change (probably WWE told them to destroy them) but blockbuster kept selling them until like a year after the WWE name change.

Now they have a terrible selection, and in some stores they have none.
It's because Canada has a different distributor than the US. The distributor in the US is the one who made the deal with Blockbuster, not the WWE, not Koch. It's the same reason we don't get Tagged Classics. Silvervision is a different distributor. Obviously the WWE has to sign off on everything, but they wouldn't make the deals.

Makes sense. I guess why only way to get them is on ebay, but i wish Blockbuster.com starts shipping to Canada soon.

I know for a fact I did not get it with the Hulk Rules 2 dvd set...because I got my Hulk Rules dvd from Walgreens when they had the dvds for about $6 during Xmas time a few years ago. I guess the Sam Goody distributor had a bunch of left over bobbleheads and packaged them with other dvds just to get rid of them...So it probably did come with my Rebellion 2002.

That is a WWE Magazine, much similar to the WWF Spotlight Mags from the 90's

OK I'll save the actual pictures of the discs for someone with a better digital camera but here are the menus. To answer a question posed earlier, the Blockbuster Mania's 2nd disc, the only extra features on it are the Blockbuster features. I have no idea what's on the non Blockbuster disc 2, but I think it has a bunch of little features and a bonus match and such. The Blockbuster features replace those.

Rumble menu:

Rumble chapters:

No Way Out menu:

No Way Out chapters:

Mania menu:

Mania chapters:

Backlash menu (no separate menu for chapters):

The WrestleMania 23 standard 2 disc has NO extras at all, the second disc only has the main event and the highlight package. The 2nd disc of the Ultimate 3disc has all of the other extras.

Yeah its pretty worthless, I wonder if WWE might have thought that all the "Donald Trump fans" that may buy WrestleMania (people who normally wouldnt buy a wrestling dvd) wouldnt have wanted all the extra features? So they would have an option of purchasing a stripped down version.

I haven't seen the Royal Rumble 07 Blockbuster exclusive (saw it one time with a price of $90), WM23 and Backlash one on that auction site either.
Are these seriously that rare? I just saw the No Way Out one for sale at my store last night, while trying to burn a gift card. I looked at that and the Rumble one, but decided I didnt need them.

I don't think they are that rare, Blockbuster.com has it listed, but noticed that they have Royal Rumble 2007 and No Way Out 2007 listed as 1 Disc.

afcchamp88, you seem to have that nifty little program that allows you to take very nice and clear screen shots of dvds...i was wondering if you or anyone else might be up to doing me a favor and helping me get some screen shots of ‘my close-up’ on the Taboo Tuesday ’05 dvd…I have no such program, so the best I have been able to do is pause the dvd and take a picture of the screen…better than nothing, I suppose, but nonetheless pretty weak. If anybody’s willing to help me out, let me know and I’ll provide more details…

I just went out to Wherehouse Music this evening and found a 2 disc edition of the Ultimate Warrior dvd used for $15. I snatched it up. How rare is this dvd? I looked on that auction website that DVD Talk Forum HATES us to mention and saw no listings for it. Someone on Amazon.com (an online retailer that DVD Talk Forum seems to be quite fond of) was selling a used copy for $100. I was just wondering if that high of a price was typical for that dvd or not.

90% of my Collection are opened some of them are personally signed by WWE Superstars i've met while the other 10% are sealed, to quote master clarkie of wwedvdinfo famous words "Im Keeping it sealed due to rarity"

thanks man. here's the photo of the used 2 disc trish FYE collector's dvd i bought around a year or so ago from the auction seller along w/ eddie guerrero stealing life & videos vol. 1 dvd.

-Before someone ask's nope he didn't send the bobblehead included w/ it. I've also refunded the signed trish fye dvd i've got recently from another seller since im not pleased w/ since it was dedicated to his name & the discs are all scratched up.

But the other manager overheard us and knew where the Backlashes were (they were in a different part of the store than normal) and got me one, so I didn't put it to the test.
Where did you hear you couldn't?
Dude she just gave you a typical easy cliche of Store Employee-Consumer Sales Talk.

If you order w/ them & don't have stocks of the said scarce wwe exclusive dvd's & promise having it a day or so later, when you come back for it a later time they just simply gave you the 1 disc retail version that they've ordered for you not the exclusive 2 disc. (my co-worker actually does this order & pickup later option thru her local blockbuster for her to make big money at that said auction site, very unlucky IMO since she received the single disc version).

In case anyone's interested, I found and bought today at FYE WWE Holiday Tribute to the Troops for $2.91. I don't know if it was just that store or all of them. I don't think it was a mistake because there were 2 copies and they both had that price.

Same thing here in nyc. Back in december they had it for a whopping 99cents, It's back up to 2.99 I think. The last time I checked they had 1 or 2 copies left w/dog tags. That was like a month or two ago.

That is actually the good thing about clearance DVDs once they ran out its harder to find its availability. So if the opportunity arrives.. go grab it while it lasts.

I've been doing some reorganizing on my wrestling dvd's tonight. While doing so, I noticed something odd. The upc numbers for the 2002 NWO Back In Black and 2002 Summerslam both match each other. The numbers on the spine are the same and the upc numbers on the bar codes are the same. I just thought that was weird.
