Thanks for the reply GuessWho:
I did email a few days ago and did not get any answers. The Universal CSR I spoke with today looked in her database and told me that they had no trace of my DVDs ever getting back to them. I was worried that something like that could happen.

Did anyone else notice that they used a different "brand" of DVDs for the replacements?
The old disks (or even Part 1's disk) are silver all the way to the center hole, where as these replacements for parts II and III are clear plastic around the center hole.

I think you guys miss understood me. I know what the discs physically look like but what I meant was what the framing looks like on the discs themselves. Screenshots anyone?

I'm starting to worry as well. I mailed mine in late February and never even received the confirmation letter people keep saying they are getting. Now its April 10th and I'm still checking my mailbox.
I just sent an e-mail to the address kindly supplied by GuessWho, but this seems like a lame diversion tactic. Has anyone had any luck with this - or is there a phone number I can call instead?

Its "&, not "and" on the letter.
Also on that letter it says; "Or contact us by phone at: 972-293-5903
M-F; 9 am - 5 pm (CST)"

Thanks Snowmaker,
Looks like I can now be added to the list of casualties. I called 972-293-5903, and they have no record of me or any record that replacement discs were sent. (As I said above, I sent these to them in late February and never received the confirmation letter.)

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you complain enough - you should be able to get the disks.
To cover my own rear, I photocopied the envelopes, the dvd's, even the return address. In my opinion, they should be treated like rebate mailings. You never think it'll happen to you, yet you make backup copies just in the case it does.

Just as a matter of interest. I just called the phone number, because I wanted to check they got my discs, since I didn't get a confirmation letter either. The guy on the phone was very nice. They didn't have my name in their database, but they had my wifes name. I guess they couldn't read my writing and took the first name of the return address sticker, which was actually my wifes. So, for those of you that they say they can't find your name, try your partners name, because the same thing may have happened. Not sure if this will help anyone, but thought I'd pass the story a long.

Just called...
The guy was very nice and even told me the story of JustInsane's situation
He did not find me, but he said that a new list is due by Tuesday which should include the returns they received in mid-March (eaxactly when mine would've gotten to him). He said it usually takes 2-3 weeks of processing till it gets to his list that he can look up.

I just got mine today in CT!!!
I mailed mine back in mid-March. I never got the confirmation letter, but I did pony up $2 and tacked on a certified/delivery confirmation on the pre-paid envelope. The USPS even credited me the $0.60 postage Universal put on there. I figured since the DVDs only cost me $9 (w/ the Amazon $30 apparel GC), why not spring for the confirmation. Anyway, I called this morning and spoke with someone who told me they had shipped on 4/3.

I sent my discs from Colorado in mid-March.
I emailed leemarketing three days ago and received a response within a day stating that they received my discs and the replacements would be shipped out on the 9th. I never received a confirmation letter, so I wouldn't worry much about that.

Just got mine today. Mailed in my discs at the end of March. Pretty darn quick although I live in San Antonio which isn't a far mailing distance from Dallas.
Disks look and sound great. Framing definitely looks better.

I mailed my discs to that Dallas address on February 23rd. I didn't receive a confirmation letter. I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said there was no record of my sending in the discs, but that didn't mean they were'nt in the pipeline somewhere. Looks like this is a hit and miss operation. Better be careful when you send them in. Maybe a Return Receipt Requested would help, which I failed to do.
