Thanks for the great pictures! It looks like the packaging is much better than many of us feared it would be(thank you, Universal). Hopefully, we will all be getting our replacements soon.

Thank you very much.

As far as locking this thread, I think of the many BTTF threads, this is the only one that should remain. It gives definitive word that puts to rest the INSANE amounts of speculation in the other threads. Thanks for the fantastic pics - now all I have to do is wait.

Guess I'll send mine in and ask for the replacements now.

Anyone repost the phone number here?

Got mine today as well. Same packaging. My postmark was on April 1st and I got it today which seems kinda long for a 45 minute drive from where it was mailed.

I haven't been really following the whole issue. How long is the time between the fone call and the mailing of the pack for the discs? I'm in California. And also, I have a lot of bubble wrap back home and some extra jewel cases to spare. Can I just skip the fone call and mail them to the address above or is it really part of the process? Thanks.

Don't package the discs in anything, pop them in an envelope, include a letter with your name, mailing address, phone number and the reason you're sending them back.

And we get a couple nice clear jewel cases too. Those clear ones are hard to come by.

I noticed there is a phone number in the packing list in the picture.

792-293-5903
M-F: 9-5pm CST

Anyone knows what it is for? I want to check the status of my exchange and 888-703-0010 seems to be the number for requesting a return mailer only.

It is to contact them for additional questions. They also provided an email address. I noticed the phone number you wrote was wrong. It should be the following.

972-293-5903

Just threw 'em in an envelope and sent them. Didn't worry about packing them well at all. They will just destroy the discs when they get them anyways so it doesn't matter if they get all scratched up in sending them to Universal.

I guess I will have to pull my Pre-paid mailing bag out from under the DVD player so I can mail out the two "Bad" DVDs.

Not a real big deal to me, but I will do it because I can.

What is the problem with the original discs? Is there something I should know about here?
