Thanks, I grabbed it for $27.13.
CCC says it's $19.12 low was in 2017 and that's a lifetime ago for a set like this. Looks as though this is slightly below the average, and I'll take it.

I have the old DVD, but not sure where it is, but for only $27, I went ahead and upgraded.
I think I last watched the original miniseries about 15+ years ago, so maybe after the FX show ends, I'll revisit this.

There was a $4 coupon on 3 Days of the Condor 4K disc for me. That's basically the same price as Kino's own sale.

Remember Target's sale is going on so Amazon will randomly grace select titles like that with coupons.

Get 3 for the price of 2
The search feature keeps improving. But as always, there is way less selection.

And someone on Blueray forum found a second get 3 for the price 2 sale.So who knows what the hell is going on over at Amazon?
Plus the coupon you get might be more or less than other customers. Might stop posting Amazon deals for awhile.
Notice what Amazon is doing with these coupons: They are offering each consumer their own individualized price, based on their analysis of that consumer's buying practices. We know that Amazon will sometimes offer the exact same product at different prices at the same time (you can sometimes find these different prices by following the Amazon link from this site and then trying a search at Amazon itself), but I imagine their end goal is to name a bespoke price for every consumer (It's just that consumers have this annoying habit of comparing prices on boards on the internet).
I have to laugh though at the idea that Amazon is "losing money" on the prices they charge. This may have been true a decade or more ago when their strategy was to drive the competition out of business, but mission accomplished. They are now making record profits and are being sued by the FTC for price fixing, preventing some of their suppliers from selling their products at prices lower than Amazon, Amazon is only lowering their prices to match competitor prices (like B&N). Presumably boutique labels like Kino Lorber get away with their sales because their volume is so small, that they slip under Amazon's radar. Unfortunately, WAC is under the beady eye of their corporate overlords, who are only interested in the kind of returns that ensure year-end stock bonuses.

Amazon offers coupons on items in areas with excess inventory in their warehouses. That's often why some will get the coupon and others won't. So maybe the Phoenix warehouse has 100 units left in stock while Chicago only has 20 units. Phoenix customers get the discount.
There's some sort of private metric they are using relating warehouse space to profit margin.
