Re: Nintendo Switch 2 - 06/05/25
doesn't exist in this title, though I thought someone said they saw it or played it.
Super Mario Party Jamboree on the Nintendo Switch 2 includes a variety of mini-games, but there's no specific "shuttle hockey" game mode. It features over 100 mini-games, some of which are new and utilize the Switch 2's enhanced capabilities, but there is no specific "shuttle hockey" game mode within the title. The game does include other multiplayer modes, like Tag-Team Rules where players work together. |

Play the game. That seems to be how to unlock it.

Why are joy-cons so expensive? they cost more than a SW2 Pro controller.

If anything, I'd at least wait until there's a cool collectable extra set of joy con 2's. |

Why do you need another set? Don't you already have plenty of controllers to use in a pinch? I can't imagine anyone needs another set unless they have a house full of little kids playing Mario Kart against each other.

GatorDeb, I apologize for the rude comments. It was uncalled for, and it was unprovoked. Sorry.

First up, you need to have bought the 20 bucks upgrade, just the original won't have the new stuff. Then, in a weird design decision, you won't find it in mini game bay. You need to go into the new TV part which has its own free play mini games section with all the mouse games. |

Oh boy! It’s been very quiet on the 3rd party front, so I guess this is when we’ll see the floodgates open.

it's to use for games that require the mouse, such as air hockey, Metroid Prime 4. i don't want to have to keep taking off and putting my joy-cons from SW2 back on. it's just for ease. plus, i used my credit.

That said, I am very happy to have spent $75 at Costco on a Pro Controller 2 just so I don't have to manually turn on the console any more when playing in the living room. |
Re: Nintendo Switch 2 - 06/05/25
I got a notification that Target has these available to ship and also in stock in several area stores. Looks like there is a new Switch 2 Pokemon bundle available too.

Re: Nintendo Switch 2 - 06/05/25
The Pokemon game and the bundle it comes in isn't out until Oct.

Re: Nintendo Switch 2 - 06/05/25
The joycons have a lot of tech in them, so I get why they're expensive (well that and they make more off of accessories than the consoles, at least at launch). The question I have is, are they any more durable than the last generation?

Re: Nintendo Switch 2 - 06/05/25
I didn't understand grips until I got the S2 and actually play all the time, both docked and undocked. Recommendations for grips that make it more comfortable to hold while gaming but you can still dock it with the grips? Extra points if you can still slide the joycons in and out without having to do anything to the grips.

Re: Nintendo Switch 2 - 06/05/25
I'd be all over a new Animal Crossing.
I gave in and my $85 pro controller 2 is arriving same day (thanks, Walmart plus!). I play 5 mins here, 10 mins there, and it's gonna be awesome not to have to keep pressing that button and just do it from the controller. And I'm always playing when others are sleeping and my TV/monitor doesn't have bluetooth. The audio jack is another huge selling point for me. |

Man I love Nintendo but it's starting to get difficult to defend them from the many haters they seem to have spawned this generation. Especially when they're positing the SW2 as a premium console and charging as such. |
