Well they are not available digitally at Best Buy or Amazon, so that won't happen. You must be referring to the Playstation Store, which go live Tuesday afternoon?

Yes, I was referring to the Playstation Store. I think it's Wednesday now for sales instead of Tuesday like it used to be. If someone wanted something digitally, I would wait to see if it's on sale this Wednesday. Usually these first-party week-long sales are universal.

give it to someone who wants one now. If you don’t need it can’t you give it away? Or have someone pay you for it and buy it using ur link or whatever, get it to them and work out costs. I’m sure someone here would be grateful.

It's not transferable. And I like to help but I'm not spending $550 to send a PS5 to someone here and hope to get paid back.

Try adding it to your Amazon list then buying it through the list. I was able to get an Xbox Series X yesterday by doing that.

Which means we will not be doing a PS5 for a few years, so our Pro will have to do for now.

I got a PS5 through the Gamestop thing, the sad thing is as much as I enjoy having the latest and greatest, I just kind of want to go back and finish my Sekiro playthrough I just restarted on PC. :lol:

Returnal is a lot of fun, I need to try and return Destruction All-Stars (already own it from PS+)

Well...lost out on Sony Direct and seemed like I got in..close on Best Buy...kept getting message..."Due to high demand, we having everyone go thru an additional step"...I just kept adding, refreshing, adding, refreshing...and within about 90 seconds..saw "Sold Out"...this is getting ridiculous.....each week not getting one is sending me closer to PC Side with Steam, Epic and XBox Game Pass for PC....

Sony Direct worked for me (rec'd invite, went very smoothly). Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Finally. Now to read this thread for tips on setup if using an external HDD.

If I generally prefer playing games for the story and experience and choose the Story or Easier difficulty, should I even both with Returnal, Demon's Souls or NIOH? :lol:

Returnal is probably too hard for me to beat, but still an awesome fucking game.
Demon's Souls is fantastic, but if you haven't already been drawn into the Souls universe it may not be your thing.
Fuck NIOH. I have tried several times to get into it, but it is just stupid difficult.

I may not even finish the first area in Returnal. It's fun and looks great but man do I suck at it, and the first boss thing doesn't even seem that hard (almost beat her (?) A couple times but never seem to make it there with 1. Astronaut 2. Full Integrity Refill)

Haven't played Nioh.

Demon's Souls was a lot of fun, it's probably a bit more accessible than some of the other soulsborne games that I've tried.

My experience with Returnal seems to match Rich's. I got to the point where I was essentially doing the same thing over and over again with nothing to show for it.

Yeah once I realized I was dying on the way to the third boss over and over and over again (after seeing it just once) I said bye bye to Returnal. Great game. Dumb idea.

The main issue is its a ton of setup in that first area - get 500+ oblites, buy the proper consumables and astronaut if it's there. Get 6 ether, find replicator THEN you can start traveling forward. It's tedious.

I did beat the boss at least.

I'm a fan but I also don't mind backtracking, and it is kinda relentless with repetition. Just don't die and you'll be fine :lol:
