Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch
Brickseek said one of my local walmarts had 3 in stock today. I happened to be going there anyway. Asked someone in electronics and they said they were suppose to get 3 in shipment but didnt.
Sigh. |
Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch
I wanted to wait until I finished Hero Mode, so I haven't been playing Turf War in Splatoon 2 all that much. Of the 30 matches I've played, 18 of 'em had a full 4x4 (60%), and 12 lost at least one player (40%). Two of those matches were 3x3, so at least it wasn't lopsided.
Only once in the 10 lopsided matches was the disadvantaged team able to pull out a victory. So, 90% of the time, the team with fewer players lost. It's chronic enough an issue that Nintendo really needs to do something. |
Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch
Interesting, my Turf war matches are always full 4 v 4. Occasionally you get a quitter, but it's rare, at least for me. Now one thing I don't understand is Ranked matches, what is the point of playing when the losing team gets nothing or next to nothing to advance your level. I've played like 5 matches in a row and lost 3 of them, I could have gotten more out of a single game of Turf War.

Re: Nintendo Switch: Building a New Generation of Hardware from Scratch
Just grabbed one of these for my wife's birthday next month. Outside of me reading the last 30 pages would some kind soul let me know the "must have" or "great to have" accessories day one. Thinking I'll pick up Zelda and Mario Kart for games.

$60 would be reasonable considering that's how much XB1 and PS4 control pads cost at launch. Also, due to concerns of the dock scratching some screens when the system launched I bought: https://www.amazon.com/amFilm-Temper...dp/B01N3ASPNV/ And they're pretty great. |

So, my son is taking the Switch back to college, and my game saves with it. Has anyone figured out a way to export the saves?
