Nope. No way to download it or anything. I have all those expansions to World of Keflings, and while it was one of the first BC games, I couldn't play the DLC on the XO.
Like I said, I know you can with Alan Wake though.

Hmmm... it must be only some games then, because I have had games with DLC that downloaded with the BC title.
Maybe under Manage Game to see if the DLC is available, that is what I did in the past.

I wish someone would create or post a video of RDR running on the One so we can see if it runs good and "holds up"...

Alright, what the heck am I missing here? I'm trying to purchase RDR and it seems I cannot use my balance of gift card money I have on my account? I don't see the option on XBOX One or online for that matter. I don't want to hit confirm on either paypal or my credit card to get charged for it when I already have a balance that I should be able to purchase it with.

You can only use XBOX credit for 360 games through a 360. It doesn't work through the web store or an XB1. People complain about it constantly over on Cheapassgamer.

I have to say that I love the BC feature on X1. Microsoft really hit a home run with it. I wish Sony would/could to something similar (PS Now doesn't count). I have all of these PS3 games but no desire to fire up the PS3.
So I was pleasantly surprised that I must have bought RDR digitally in the past as it was ready to be downloaded. I also grabbed the other 'free' packs. It runs really well on X1 and holds up well too. Maybe I'll find the time to finally finish the game this time.

Yeah the BC was implemented extremely well, much more impressively than the Xbox support on the Xbox 360.

I'm now going on 2 months without access to EA Access because my account shows as "Inactive" though it's paid through 7/17. Now the geniuses at MS are blaming it on my being in the Preview program.
God it's driving me nuts. What shoddy service.

I can't remember all the things you tried, but you may have to go all-out and back up your games to an external HDD, then do a full system wipe, reload your Gamertag and the app and see what happens.
Or, was it already determined that it wasn't an issue with your console specifically, but just the account?
edit: looks like it's your account. That sucks. What a bunch of morons.

Decker,
Do you have any idea what may have caused the issue?
I'm in the Preview program. I got EA access when it was released. It auto renewed in August last year, if I remember correctly. So little or no interaction from my side.
Are you just one of the "lucky" ones with this issue? Or Google shows you a lot more people with similar issues?

My issue seems pretty unique. There are other people with problems on the Internet, but it looks like basic troubleshooting fixed their problems.
I don't know if the fact that I paid with prepaid cards instead of my credit card annually (that fucking Sugar Smacks cereal again!) might have messed things up.
At least a manager sent me an email yesterday. I have no idea how they are going to fix the situation, but whatever they do has got to be better than those emails they like to send saying basically "I assume your problem is now resolved. I am therefor closing this Case. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance."

Depending how far you want to escalate it, you might want to consider filing something with the BBB. I had to do that once with Microsoft back in the 360 days. I bought the extended warranty, my console had issues, and they wouldn't cover it. I filed the complaint, and a supervisor from the Xbox team called me within hours and resolved the problem. He even gave me his direct extension so I didn't have to jump through hoops calling back.
