You would think but I have access to someone's account. I emailed support a month ago to clear it up but apparently they did nothing. Called them and shot them another email yesterday.
Someone registered their PSN account with an email address almost identical to one I use (but not one I use for PSN). I get PSN notices about when he adds funds, how much, his name, his gamertag, what he's buying, etc. I received over 24 emails this weekend. One for every item he buys. And if anyone is curious, Home is alive and well. He's spent nearly $40 on virtual clothing.
I could easily retrieve his password and change it to fuck with him if I were that kind of person.
It's annoying but the bottom line is if I have this access to his info, does someone else out there have access to mine? Probably not, but it's still worrisome.

Someone used one of my junk email accounts that is a pretty common joke name (but I somehow got first) to make a PSN account. I contacted support and they ended up sending a confirmation to my email to make sure I was telling the truth, then disabled the account. Pretty easy, did it in one day

Question on getting invites from main while in a game.. I've got a couple while playing Warframe but I never see anything. With the 360 we would get a small banner at the bottom middle of the screen..."Bob wants you to join party" and stay there for -3-4 seconds. Just what am I looking for and where on the screen.
By the way I was over at Amazon and already a company has came out with several console skins and they look really good. No reviews yet but here is a link to one with others to check out...

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with their PSN Plus? I have Plus paid up until 2016 and it's showing that I have nothing at all. I can't pull up anything on the PS4 that shows otherwise either as my services list is completely blank. I've tried logging out and back in a few times and it's still the same. Trying to play NFS:R gives me a message that I need Plus to play as well. Looking at the PSN status page it shows as being up and running so I have no idea what to look for next.
Pulling up my account online shows I should at least be good for a year since I just applied a 12 month card a few days ago:

I called Sony about the PS+ issue and was basically told that I could download the games in the Plus package, so what was I complaining about.

I think I heard somewhere that the PSnetwork was supposed to be down today for awhile so they can make some upgrades..

so this may have been mentioned before but I only just got my PS4 this past week. How come the only rubber foot on the bottom front of the PS4 is an extension of the eject button? One foot, slightly off center makes the PS4 lean. Obviously you don't notice it but I definitely hear the vibration when a disc is spinning. I think I may buy some of those small adhesive felt pads and put them on the 4 corners of the underside. It just seems weird to make the "feet" an off center tripod!

It doesn't lean when at rest (at least mine doesn't) but it will wobble if you push it like the gif above. Maybe I'm the minority but my systems don't get touched much once they're set up. There's no reason to push on the top if you're ejecting/inserting a disc...

Yeah, that is something I remember hearing about back when the system launched and is one of the biggest non-issues I can imagine. What need would you have to be pressing down the corner of your system?

like i said in my initial post, i don't go around tapping the side and making it wobble just for fun....when I put in a disc and it spins, I can hear the PS4 vibrating against the wooden shelf of the cabinet it sits on because of the odd positioning of the feet.....so there!

Good thing you have zero interest in the PS4 then. It has been a non issue for me as I have only moved my system once to take a look at the damage being caused by our Airwick sprays. Fortunately, there are only a few spots on the matte portion but there are several on the shiny portion. I'm considering contacting Sony about replacing the shiny part but then again it is not really necessary.
