My name is xxx, and I am a Game Specialist here with EA. Firstly, I would like to thank you for your email regarding the issue you have been experiencing with The Simpsons: Tapped Out and apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. I have tried to log into your account and have encountered the same issues, it crashed back to the home screen of my tablet after I had put in the log in details. I therefore reset your account back the the 3rd December before the issue occurred. I therefore reset your account back the the 3rd December before the issue occurred. I then re logged in and everything was fine. I was able to stroll around your Springfield and may I add that is a very nice town, such a hive of activity. I also popped some spare donuts onto your account (30 of them), so hop into your game and have fun spending them :-) I am so sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced and I really hope that you can continue playing and enjoy all the treats that the game has to offer. I will resolve this case but if you need to reply to me it will reopen automatically and come directly into my inbox so that I can respond quickly. I should fill out a ticket stating that Krustyland crashes on me everytime I enter (been going on since the Halloween update), see if I can get some free donuts.

No.. It should go much quicker; already have the first prize.

Already loving the new neighbor navigator (tap the L-R street signs in your neighbor's town, near their ID) and the character locator.

Interesting.

I had been hoping for a page indicator when you are on the friends page.. I never know how many more pages of friends I have to go through.

And it now takes 3.5 days to build a new tile!

Tap that tile as everything that you currently have untapped will be tapped when you start with the new update.

Thanks for the warning--I "cashed in" my last few untapped tiles. I now have 65 in my inventory. I'm more sorry to lose the XP boost.

Ugh.. I had 2 tiles that I left sitting there.. Guess the will be gone.

I'm almost done with the in-game update...... Its slow downloading as everyone is probably getting it.

they might just be tapped when you start the game, (As everything is tapped) but why take the chance.
