Basically I can't go to my friends towns.

I just realized you can do pinch zoom on the map. That will make collecting from houses easier.

It's amazing, the little things you learn as you play, isn't it? I usually zoom it out all the way to collect as much on one screen as possible but then zoom way in for placing eggs in a pattern.

One of the weird little things I learned after playing for a while was that you can move your houses. I seriously had no idea and was desperately trying to find a way to start the game over so I could be more intentional with where I built stuff when I thought where it was laid was where it stayed. In fact, I was ready to give up on the game until I discovered this by accident. Considering the amount of time I've spent on the game since then, I almost wish I hadn't discovered this ability at all...
