I picked next day shipping, my update status hasn't changed.

Using the standard Prime two-day shipping, my PS4 shipped last Wednesday at 12:06pm and arrived Thursday before noon.

Quick question that I didn't feel like searching through the thread.

I'm short on HDMI inputs at the moment, and I don't want to use a splitter if at all possible. I know that XB1 has an HDMI pass-through. If I plug my cable box into it, but I do not want the overlay, can I watch cable without ever turning on the XB1?

Something I heard in the The Verge review has me concerned. They said when you have a set top box plugged in (hdmi in) you do not get dolby digital out. Just stereo. Is that possible? I'm assuming the XB1 outputs dolby digital for native games and apps but this TV input issue is confusing.

I'm tempted to plug my 360 into my One into my Oppo into my Receiver into my Projector, but I imagine such an act would release Zuul or something.

I am also interested in how well it would work. In my living room, I plan to hook up the XB1.. but I also plan on keeping my 360 for 360 and XBLA games as well as multiplayer games with friends that aren't getting a Xbox One at the moment.

The reviews are saying you're not going to be happy running another console through the One because of input lag.

Yeah, I read that. Bummer, but it's an easy fix since it's really designed for the cable box to go through it anyway

Most reviews have mentioned a noticeable lag when trying to pass another game console through the XB1. Doesn't sound like something people are going to want to do.

Edit: Or what chuck just said while I typed this.

Kind of figured that... I may end up disconnecting my PS3 as I'll need the HDMI input for the XB1. May sell off the PS3 and games if I can get a good trade-in deal...

My One shipped just before noon, but tracking info too new in the system at the moment.

Whats this about? My delivery date got changed to the Nov 26. All this time my had Nov 22 delivery date. I even talked to customer service rep last week who guaranteed a Nov 22 delivery date .
