I don't know why but I've never really used grenades in BL1 or 2. I basically just kill everything with a sniper rifle regardless of what character I am using.

in the first one corrosive bouncing betty's ruled the day. i'm glad there is more variety now in grenades. i do like the singularity and bouncing betty's in 2

also, has anyone found a Corrosive Deliverance shotgun? would have dropped from Timmone....

I just entered the PS3 code. It said it unlocked on the main menu screen. Continued my game with Maya and... no new skin.

Edited: Never mind, I'm a dumbass. It's in the inventory and like everything else you have to "use" it before it'll show up in the list of skins.

Meat, if you get that skin, I'd like to dupe it before you use it.

Unless there are an unlimited number...in which case, I'll just use the code.

Do these show up for all your characters like the golden guns?

I would guess yes. I say that because those skins are lost when you lose the bad ass tokens which do span characters. It seems to me that that data is stored in your profile, not your character.

Ah yeah, that makes sense. I've never even looked at the options on my second character.

I get that you can sell/trade them, but I wish they were just auto-applied and didn't take up space in the backpack until use.

Dammit, i typed in the Axton code, it was accepted, but it's nowhere in my inventory. Of course he is the one I play as. Anyone on PS3 able to dupe it for me, the other 3 worked fine.

Borderlands 2 Has Shipped 5 Million Copies
Including “strong digital sales.”

Take-Two Interactive has revealed that five million copies of Borderlands 2 have been shipped. While the exact number actually sold to consumers hasn’t been revealed, Take-Two notes that the title has seen “strong digital sales” and cited it as a highlight in an earnings report for the second quarter of its 2013 fiscal year.

"Take-Two's second quarter revenue and earnings exceeded our outlook, driven by the breakout success of 2K's Borderlands 2 and robust demand for our catalog and digitally delivered offerings," said Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick.

I used another key last night and got some "Pink" Rocket Launcher with 72K Damage Explosive. didn't seem that special to me. So far after six codes spent...

(1) - Sniper - Fire Level 35
(4) - SMG's - Fire (Level 35), Corrosive( Level 37) and two Shock (Level 41)
(1) - Shotgun - Shock (Level 37)
(2) - Shields - Both Level 43
(1) - Rocket launcher(Level 44)
(2) - Relics...totally useless (Level 46)
(2) - Mods - One good one for Maya (Level 48) and the other for a Mechromancer

So far this second playthru has been nothing but a disaster and letdown on getting good items. I haven't found a single Orange or Pink and the only Purple was one I won in the slot machine. As of last night after Leveling up to 48 with Maya, my total Orange Count was at (2)...that's with three characters, Level 19, Level 35 and Level 48.

FWIW - I re-did my points for Maya last night moving them all into "Motion" with the rest split with the other two. I thought the one at the bottom with "Thoughtlock" would be good and fun but wasn't the case at all. Though the duration was increased so is cooldown. After Phaselocking they shot each other for about 4-5 seconds and then came after me again. I moved the points back to Cataclysm side.

My buddy got this and is giving it to me. Score!
