Cruz, what's the word on AC:B? Anyone in? Otherwise it's Battlefield night.

I was in last night. Played with some randoms found a couple of groups of randoms who were communicating far more than in most other multiplayer game. Had fun but was wiped out. Called it an early night.

Anyone have any interest in resurrecting a game night. Once the PSN is back up we should get a Wipeout HD night since it has 8 player multiplayer and it will be one of the free titles as part of the Welcome Back program. Brink is another title I picked up recently that screams for a multiplayer night also.

Unfortunately, the only nights I have off these days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Re: Return of the Weekly Rotating Games Night (PS3)

Anybody interested in resurecting this thread to bring back a meet night. I've heard rumblings for the Uncharted 3 beta (before July 13th), Burnout Paradise night (the game and the expansions can be had for a song and a dance), Wipeout HD night (free w/ the Welcome Back package) or anything else.

Re: Return of the Weekly Rotating Games Night (PS3)

With Groucho and Nic downloading this maybe we could get a bi-weekly game going or even just a meet up once a month. I'm upset I traded it in, but digital is much better anyway.

Anyways... I'm off work Tuesday and Thursday this week. You guys want to do Uncharted 3 beta from 8PM-9:30PM on Thursday and then move into Black Ops or MW2?

Which DLC packs have trophies associated with them? I picked up Big Surf Island yesterday. Kinda upset that I already paid 1.99 for the Knight Rider car and now I can get the whole pack for the same price, but oh well.

Thanks, I found a trophy guide and confirmed this, so being the trophy whore that I am, I went out and picked up everything but the pack that unlocks all the cars.

On topic for this thread, I'm up for anything if I can make it online in time. Hard for me to get on before 10 most nights.

It's not Plus, it's for everyone. Just go under full game downloads and find Burnout, should be 7.99, then go under add-ons, and navigate to Burnout Paradise again, and all the DLC packs should be 2.99 or 1.99

There is a banner that says something like Special Summer Sales 50% 70%, etc... click on that. I picked it up as well.

I'll probably be tooling around late tonight if anyone wants to join up for some Burnout shenanigans

Re: Return of the Weekly Rotating Games Night (PS3)

I am going out of town, but I will be willing to try Burnout online in a couple of weeks if we can get folks together. I'm not too impressed with the single-player experience.

Re: Return of the Weekly Rotating Games Night (PS3)

When you pull up the Store there is a banner that changes every 15-30 seconds with some kind of ad. When you see an ad for game sale 50 % off or something like that you should select it.
