Re: CoD:MW2 Online League (PlayStation 3)
Running around the map sounds good. The way you would flash grenade them, and then run around and restore my health was awesome. Those Juggernauts had no idea what was going on a couple times.

somewhere between 12:30 and 1am is my limit, I get up around 7 to go to work; any later and i would be more useless than normal at the office...

TDM is not my strong suit. Sure, I can sometimes get kills in the low-mid 20's in HQ Pro or Domination, but not often. Ran around in a TDM round last night, and yep, I suck at it!! I kept running into bullets for some reason!
Hope everyone gets up to speed fast so we can move on to objective based games!

Re: CoD:MW2 Online League (PlayStation 3)
Note: Tonight will be an easy learning environment. All 'seasoned' veterans must switch up their weapons, and perks. Try something you're not used to so newcomers have a chance to learn and get a few kills. Do not try to dominate the matches tonight, or try to have the highest kill death ratio. Tonight is for fun, learning, and getting to know each other. Next week we'll get a little more serious.

I will probbaly not make it tonight, after work i need to go to work again. My brother owns a pizza shop, and one of the driver's wives is in the hospital, and they need someone to cover for him, and that someone is me...I will check when i get home around 11:30 to see if anyone is on, but I will definitely not be on before that this week...
Nic said he might pop on to snipe chew a few times and then go watch hockey...haha...

I hope everybody had fun tonight. It was unbalanced, at the beginning of the night there was a small amount, then in the middle there were a bunch of people, and then it died back down. I had a blast the whole night through. I hope newbies were able to adjust and pick up some new techniques. Chew, you did pretty good for your first time, I hope it wasn't too overwhelming. A lot of good stuff went down tonight. Those couple matches where I only used grenades, grenade launchers, and RPGs were fun.

Yeah, I had no idea what I was doing there for a while.
Obviously I got how to shoot right away. It took me 10-15 minutes to figure out I had grenades and how to use them. It took me a full hour to figure out I could hold L1 to aim. ().
I lasted 75 minutes, I was getting a little sick. Granted, I normally only last about 5-10 minutes on most FPS, so that's a huge step up. One place I read said you just have to suffer through it and eventually your brain will figure out you aren't actually in motion and everything will balance out.

It was pretty fun, that style of play is totally alien to me. For a little while I wasn't sure what to do or where to go without an objective to deal with.
Chew, as you start to open up perks and guns it will get better and more fun. If it weren't for Stopping Power Pro I would be pretty worthless!

I don't use the button layout the game comes with, so I doubt my list would provide much help. If I remember correctly the R3 button will knife someone if you're close enough. I don't want to say too much because I honestly don't remember what the standard system is. There's a list in the booklet that came with the game, I believe.

when i got on, you guys had all just logged off like 3 minutes before, i played for anout half an hour in a public TDM and then went to bed...sometimes you get lucky and the group you end up with is really good. the TDM i played last night were balanced for the most part and no one was annoying...but i have been in some awful ones too...

Yes. Hopefully you'll be able to make it next week, R2.
I mostly like using that loadout on Estate, because if there's someone in the house I can just walk around it and shoot RPGs and grenades and semtex bombs through the windows, then when I'm done I run in and kill unsuspecting people.

I wanted to sneak up behind you, but you ended up turning around and going the other way, right into my direction and headshot me.
I've decided my favorite way to kill people is to either stick them with Semtex, or use the throwing knife. I also like blowing random shit up on the maps, just for fun. Last night I actually killed two or three people while doing that.

Digi, Digi, Digi. That Wetwork mission is crazy. When we get to the point with the thermal optics we should go back down the stairs, or head over to one side of the railing so the enemies are only coming at us from one direction. After we clear out the ones who are moving forward, we can snipe the ones who stay stationary. I have a feeling we were real close to beating it last night.
