Re: CoD:MW2 Online League (PlayStation 3)
that sounds like as good a plan as any. I do think that once we make it past the smoke then we have to do one more breach and we are done, but of course I am sure we will fail the breach at least 10 times before we finally figure out a working strategy. Glad we got the tank one done though. Any progress on that mic yet?

Re: CoD:MW2 Online League (PlayStation 3)
Had fun though I have to say I'm not the biggest fan of free for all and tend to prefer the team stuff but given there were only like 5 of us on I guess that wasn't a good option. I thought I had a chance of pulling first place that first game I was in on despite my late entry but no luck and then as my followup I got last place the second match I played talk about the reversal of fortune
Oh well I'm level 10 now so I can finally pick my kill streak stuff!
Oh do we have any idea what was going on with that one person's mic (sauce?) every few minutes it sounded like he was sitting next to a snow making machine but then it would just go away and then come back like 10 minutes later.

Re: CoD:MW2 Online League (PlayStation 3)
It stopped shortly after those two games and worked pretty clearly. I thin there was only one instance of it after that. Probably just a connection hiccup.
Digi, I've got my mic but I can't seem to get it to work properly. The PS3 recognizes it, but when I start a game the voices still don't come through it and my voice doesn't get picked up. I'm going to try and get it to work.

I don't know what was going on, everything sounded fine on my end. I have the PS3 Bluetooth mic that is horribly uncomfortable, for some reason they made it like a rectangle and it doesn't really fit in the ear. I hope it doesn't happen again, but I can't guarantee it either.

That's weird. Did anyone else have a problem joining? I was going to send you a second invite, but I saw you were playing spec-ops and didn't want to seem pushy.

It's Thursday.
Was last week just introductory and we'll see different types of maps this week? (ie less Free-for-all)

I have it on in the accessory settings, tried getting it to work last night but still no go. I hope it's not defective.
Yes, tonight we may try some capture the flag, domination or team death match. I'm afraid we won't have enough people, though. If we get four or more we'll try something different.

I should be on for a bit probably early then potentially off for a while if Fringe/30 Rock are good then probably back on later.

That was epic. Sorry about the problems early on, R2, I seriously don't know what was up with that.

I found the knife this week.
Several successful encounters with it as well.
But, I feel like I'm at a serious disadvantage when I watch the kill-cam and see I'm being tracked with motion sensors.

Sorry for shooting at you on that first team death match. It took me a while to figure out how to tell the difference between who was on my team and who wasn't.

Re: CoD:MW2 Online League (PlayStation 3)
I had no intention of playing my Stabby Shotgun class until Sauce killed me three consecutive times the match before with dual shotguns. I figured, you guys had one person with dual shotguns, and we did. I think we were outnumbered 3-to-4 and I ended up getting 30+ kills and 4 deaths. Serves Sauce right. Karma.
I used that class for the last match, too.
The Derail map where it was me and r2 vs Nic, Nic 2.0, and Sauce was crazy. You bastards camping out that building, but I guess we were the ones dumb enough to keep going in there.
Eventually I just switched to my suicide bomber class and had fun with it instead of coming at you strategically.
I don't think there were any matches I didn't have a blast in. From the beginning with Chew, Cardiff, Butrz to the end with r2, sauce, nic, and everyone in between. And let me just say, Nic, there is nothing more satisfying in our games than killing your brother.

Had a blast last night. Liked the switching between FFA and TDM. I finally got the dual shotguns option last week and have been enjoying the hell out of it. The only problem I had was stabbing Slider, there were times I would be looking stright at him, click to stab and he would somehow get away and stab me.
