Has anyone's reward status changed? I've completed at least two of the "Quests" (probably 3) but it hasn't been noted in my profile. Nothing has changed. They've added a new one re: Uncharted 3 wallpaper and whatnot, but I'm not messing with any of this crap until my actions have palpable results!

so i picked up a PS3. first playstation system i've owned since the original. it's going to be used primarily as a blu-ray player, but i want to play some games on it. i know for sure i want to pick up the uncharted games. i'm looking for stuff that's exclusive to the ps3 that similar. maybe the god of war games. any suggestions/recommendations?

fwiw, i've got an xbox360 and any game that i want to play that's on both, i will buy it on xbox. not slamming/trolling on the ps3, but that's just how it'll be.

Congrats on the PS3! It's a great system.

Uncharted's probably one of the best series, so you're starting off right. God of War is fun. The Ratchet games are great. Resistance games are okay. Modnation is a lot of fun as is LBP. GT5. Mass Effect 2 with the ME3 engine. Infamous is a lot of fun. Valkyria Chronicles might be one of the best games of this generation. Demon's Souls is great. Heavy Rain is cool.

And that doesn't even get to what's on the PSN. (I know many of those are different than Uncharted, but the above listed is some of the best PS3 has to offer exclusively.)

Along with TLWizard's suggestions, there are the Motorstorm games which are good arcade racers, and MLB The Show if you want a baseball game. Metal Gear Solid 4 is fairly cheap now. PSN has Joe Danger and the Pixeljunk stuff.

was considering infamous based on a recommendation of a guy where mys on has a gym class. already played ME2 on Xbox. sticking with that platform for that game so i can keep my character going in ME3. i'll have to check into demon souls, heavy rain and valkyria chronicles. thanks for the suggestions.

If it's still available, I'd highly recommend checking out the demo for Heavy Rain first. It's a very...different kind of game. I was going to just buy it based on the hype and the reactions it was getting, but I tried the demo and it definitely wasn't to my liking. Infamous is great though, and the Ratchet & Clank games are just pure fun.

It is too bad. At least playing the demo, it seems to work on the PSP and VC2 got huge reviews. Unfortuately as well the announced VC3 is PSP only, too. We can however hook our PSPs up to our TV and connect out Dualshock controllers to our PSP and play that way. It's "almost" like we're playing on the PS3.
