Sure. I'll just post here...no secrets amongst friends.

I haven't even tried it yet...and I'm not sure I'd enjoy it anyway. The real charm of Warhawk (for me, anyway) is the variety of tanks/jeeps/turrets/planes and the scale. If Warhawk were just "dudes with guns" I'd have stopped playing it a year and a half ago.

True. Depending on what the maps are like, I think it would be fun to try once or twice though.

This would be a great group to play with...assuming everybody has it.

Somebody with some motivation should start a thread.

I really would be fine with any random day provided that it wasn't next to Tuesday and wasn't on a weekend.

It got crazy with more people, but was fun.

Man, you may force me to pay full price for a game. I have been convincing myself that I have a bunch of other games that I need to finish before I can get Uncharted 2 and therefore get it when it is cheaper, but if there is a weekly throw down I dont know if I can hold out long on that. Damn you cool kids and your new games

No, it's the dome on Omega Facory. We used to play it every now and then, and it's usually pretty fun...but I'd be OK with that map as well.

Flip, it was Kosovic Village...or something like that on the snow map.

Very few games are REALLY worth full price.

This is one of those games.

And who pays full price for games anyway? Between the B2G1's and the now defunct ECA coupons I can't remember the last time I paid more than $45 for a new game.

Isn't Best Buy doing a B2G1 now? And Amazon has the Spend $80 Get $40 Game Credit.

Reality and what you consider are apparently two very different things. Besides if $45 is full price, when will you ever be happy for getting a deal on a new game? This just seems counterproductive. $60 is the cost of a new game.
I'm rejoicing in spending an average of about $35 for the last twelve games I've purchased. Don't kill my buzz by 40%.

Buzz killer.

The B2G1 still requires a ~$120 outlay which is hard to stomach for gaming for this cheap bastid. The amazon deal may be something I can do. Anything special on that or just go drop $80 on games and $40 will be magically delivered to me?

Yeah, that the idea. They'll probably send you an email notifying you that the credit has been applied to your account for a future gaming purchase.

I just did the deal with Demon's Souls and Rock Band: Country Track Pack to slide the purchase just over $80. I'll download the RB tracks and sell the disc, then apply the $40 credit to a game I already had pre-ordered anyway.

I think Uncharted 1 & 2 comes out to just over $80.

I think I'm gonna hit BB today...see if they have Ratchet, Wii Sports 2-pack, and Fallout 3 GOTY in stock.
