Yep. My two favorite things are the physics (which makes bullets drop and destruction look amazing) and the destructibility itself (to include dust/smoke particle effects). I remember how cool I thought it was back when the first bullet holes appeared in video game environments, and this game takes that kind of environmental realism to a place I hardly thought possible.

And yeah, it lets you do some unrealistic stuff too!

Flip and I played a bit last night with Gonzo's friend Patronius. We had some very entertaining rounds with occasional helicopter frustrations.

Mother$&%$% helicopter. At least I knifed that di3go bastard.

Let's get attendance up a bit this week. I know I'll be missing one or two from work.

So I was floating around the BFBC2 blog and came across this little interesting nugget.

So 360 and PS3 players never really unlocked the requisite # of squad actions. That sucks. I would think not unlocking it until you hit your goal would keep players engaged longer. Especially on the consoles since console players have such a short attention span.

So when are we switching from Tuesday night Warhawk to Tuesday night BBC2? I'm just wonderin' since this thread has more or less derailed completely. Not that I'm upset or anything.

See you douchebags tonight. One request though, can we do a quick 'Hawks only map around 6:45 MST? Flip did one where we respawned right in the air, it was quite fun.

I remember that one - it was fun and a nice change of pace.

We've been doing Warhawk talk for two years, I think we've covered most of the "pre-game" chatter by now.

Fucking hilarious night! Random thoughts.

Turnout wasn't too bad...got to 5 on 4 with both Sean and Ktown out of town.

Easily the funniest thing was Hudson telling his 4-year old "You want to draw? You better get a job and buy some paper."

Slider had an epic escape on Badlands with 3 guys hot on his trail.

Looked like you guys had fun in dogfight.

Flip was in rare rare form with the mines. You'd think the Pens were all injured or something.

Infected devolved into pure douchey insanity with Slider, nic and me. I jumped a jeep so close the edge of a cliff that when Slider got out he fell off. Chew sees him on the way down, and his reaction was priceless.

Knives and nades lobby was fun...pretty sure I like High City better, but it was a nice change of scenery.

Chew had my number in a huge way tonight with the rocket launchers. Dude has gotten dangerous.

My highlight of the night was at the very end with the vertical ball launch into the bunker Slider was hiding in. I almost wish I could see what that looks like from the inside with the bunker instantly full of spawning balls. Bet it's very WTF. I love that move.

You'll presumably be on our squad, so it's all good...but if you're going to wookie, at least try to make yourself useful.
