Tuesday!

Thinking about a little Vehicular Manslaughter...and maybe an even mix of TDM (including Infected), Collection and Flag.

Any particular maps/vehicles?
More/less jetpacks?

I like jetpacks in TDM, DM, and Zone, but not in Collection or CTF.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

It might be fun to have Jetpacks for infected. Is it possible on the small map we play on?

I'm requesting an extra APC map if possible. I'm not certain which maps allow them size-wise, but if it can be done I would like it. And maybe the return of a Destroyed Capital map? I liked the TDM we played once where both teams spawned on a single building off the main land and you could snipe from one side to the other. That map would be swell. I'm not shy about making requests.

Good point, we'd all have time for Flip's Scenic Bus Tour then.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

How come we've never had a warhawk race?

Two people (one from each team) each in a jeep start at one point, two people (one from each team) each in a warhawk start at the same spot. The two in the jeeps have to race around the map and the two people in the warhawks have to impede them. No shooting, just rolling the jeeps around and whatnot.

It could be a fun thing to do when we have a lighter turn out or maybe for the lobby one time.

I have enough fun being on the receiving end of plenty of jeep flippings that I'll just enjoy that show from a tower.

It's possible but would be broken, as people could just hover off the map.

I think Spire Shut-In works better as a flag map, but King of the Hill is a good TDM. APCs require medium to big maps without a clear chain of repair gears...tough combo, but I'll see what I can do.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Yeah, but if people hover off the map then you see them on your little HUD map. Their douchey plan would be fruitless.

Sorry guys. I'm out tonight. Tending our broken home. We had to put our cat down today.

Re: Weekly Tuesday Warhawk night

Good night overall.

Loved Grinder! Tons of hilarious antics...especially with Nic.

Also really liked King of the Hill with Jetpacks. All of the tall buildings were really interesting...and the douches had a good time with the binocs.

I forgot that you guys had gotten too good for horde mode, and it was super frustrating with two guys in missile turrets and Slider binoc'ing us any time we made a push. We just couldn't move at all...couldn't move your flag and couldn't chase ours down. If I remember the old horde mode right, it was usually digi and me on 8, and the missile turrets were out of bounds.
