Woot.com has the old 60 GB 360 hard drive starter kit for $39.99. I'm tempted since i'm still rocking the 20 GB, but i'd have to find a transfer cable somewhere.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread
Just as you posted that, my $15 credit from LA Noire popped up.
Dammit Amazon, you win my money again.
I went a long time without a new game, these last few weeks:
Portal 2: $54.99 w/ $20 GC
LA Noire: $59.99 - $20 GC = $39.99 w/ $15 GC
Alice Madness Returns = $44.99 - $15 = $30.98 (release day shipping).
Not amazing but not terrible (especially considering how quickly Portal dropped in price, but I'm more than happy that they got my money.)

fwiw, amazon has 12 month xbox live cards for $39.99 right now. just ordered one. looks like buy.com also has it at that price. i know it's not the best deal, but it seems those are few and far between for these cards.

The 12 month gold code at Amazon is also $39.99 for those of you w/ the $10 credit from a couple of months ago (the credit should be good for 1 year).

I paid $0.99, bought it from them on Monday and got it Tuesday morning via UPS Next Day. (salt meet wound)
So I'm assuming it really was UPS's fuck up.
Oh and the credit brought Alice Madness Returns down to $25, woot!

Target has the (apparently semi-awful) Wii game FlingSmash on sale for $19.99 this week. That's a good deal since it comes with the Wii Remote Plus, which is $39.99 without the game. They're going fast, but I think you can get a raincheck if they run out. Great deal for anyone who wants an extra controller.

Blockbuster is having their B1G1 sale again on games $14.99 and under. The more popular games I remember seeing were Alan Wake, Enslaved, and Fallout New Vegas but there were a lot more older titles.
