lol! I wish they would quit trying to push these replacement warranties on video games but they do because some people out there don't know how to take care of their stuff.

I'm pretty sure they do that because it's a massive profit center. If people really didn't take care of their stuff they wouldn't push it because they would start losing money on it.

Those Steam prices died already, so if the iOS ones are still there go that rout.

So can we PM to best buy and use the $20 off ZombiU coupon for Gamer's club peeps?

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

It's one or the other -- PM or coupon. I suppose it's a little YMMV as you never know when a nice CSR might do both. But when you're talking about getting something for free, it seems super-unlikely and assuredly requires a manager's override.

Yeah, I didn't buy. Holding out for a BB price drop so I can use the coupon.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

There's another Playstation Plus deal at Best Buy for Gamer Club members (Free or Unlocked) : Save $5 off a 3 month card (normally $17.99) or $10 off a one-year membership (normally $49.99).

Also they're also having 5-10% off PSN and Xbox Live Points cards (you must be logged in with your Rewards Zone to see the deal). Saving $1.50 on a $20 PSN card isn't mind-blowing, but it's better than the 0% discount we usually see.

Can you stack years of PS+ like you can with XBL? Will it just show up under your account somewhere when your expiration date is?

A couple of decent deals found over at SD:

GameStop has Best of PlayStation Network Vol. 1 (PS3) for $20. Shipping is $3.50.

PS3 Warhawk game w/Bluetooth headset $11.99 + $2.99 S/H @ Groupon.

Just a note that the Bluetooth in this is genuinely terrible.

But the game is one of my favorites from this entire generation...multiplayer only...still has a community.

Damn, was thinking this would be a good way to get a cheap PS4 headset. Bummer.

It's a cheap Jabra. If I can find it, I'll send it to you free of charge, but it won't be any better than the packed in earbud.

I plan to use iPhone earbuds with my PS4. I have at least 4 sets.

The vanilla games for Kingdoms of Amalur and Dragon's Dogma are well worth it for ~$10 a piece, and getting the complete Fallout: New Vegas experience for $10.99 is a no-brainer.

Sale is over. I was able to grab Lollipop Chainsaw for $10 which was my "to buy" price. Looks kinda fun.
