By now I'm sure they're gone everywhere. I picked up a copy at lunch today. I bought it online for in-store pick-up, then when I got there I cancelled the order so I could take advantage of the Buy 2, Get 1 free deal. I got the CE, Gravity Rush and MLB 12 The Show (Vita) for $70+tax. Pretty nice deal, but now I'm stuck with an extra copy of Uncharted 3 to sell or trade in. Still, I wanted that figure and steelbook, so I was willing to pay the price. Who knows, I might even use that belt buckle as well

I saw the 360 and PS3 versions of the Skyrim Collectors editions at my Best Buy for $59.99. That seems like a good deal but I already own the game on 360 and PC though.

And there is an almost zero chance that the box will be intact. Most of the copies I've seen of the game in Best Buy are pretty ragged looking. At least the stuff inside should be okay, but good luck with the wrapping so to speak.

BTW, the Kingdom of Amalur coupon ($30.00 off $39.99) for Best Buy goes live today. However, the place I went today did not have any copies...however looking at the website, I should be okay the place i'm going tomorrow. I went ahead and grabbed the magazine though just in case.

I picked it up, my store had tons of copies.

Not a single 9.99 used game or used Fable 3 though, so those didn't do me any good.

Reviews seem good but I'm not sure I want another 40+ hr game like Skyrim.

I'm still hoping the State of Rhode Island will release a GOTY edition.

Grabbed the Xbox version of Batman: Arkham Asylum: GOTYE for $10 at Target a couple of nights ago. Apparently it will be on sale for that price until sometime in August. I had to go to three stores before I found one, though.

I had a tough time finding it as well. Most stores could have it shipped there but didn't have any in stock at the time. Last store only had one copy so they were nice enough to hold it for me until I could get there.

Ha, I'm hoping that's sarcasm. That does bring up an interesting question..so who owns the rights to the game and the world, Rhode Island? I can't imagine them holding on to those rights if that's the case for very long. Would imagine that R.A. Salvatore could write a few novels in that universe to get them closer to the black at the very least. Maybe a graphic novel or two. But *shrug*, who knows.

Anyway, did find a copy today at the BB on Highway 6/Westheimer. They had a couple more @ noon today as well. There were also copies of Fable III used if you look hard enough at $20.00 a piece ($10 w/coupon) but I already own it...*shrug*.

Why did I get talked in to buying that Deadliest Warriors game? That game is a flaming piece of shit. Even for five bucks it wasn't worth it. I went on Amazon and couldn't believe that there were a handful of people raving about it. There is no real strategy as the fights can literally be over in seconds.

Need for Speed: The Run is going to be 5 dollars on best buy in about 2 1/2 hours.

Agreed, but do I have to be up in 2 1/2 hours? Or can I just get on when I wake up at about 5ish in the morning? That might make more sense, call it a hunch.

Eh, for $5 I'll give it ( or just about any game not named "Duke Nukem Forever") a whirl. I went for the PS3 version since it has some sort of exclusive content -- since there's no way in hell I'm going to splurge on any DLC for this game, I figured I should grab as many cars as I can with the game.

For $5 it's worth it. I rented it twice from the library to finish it. One play through is more than enough though since it gets pretty repetitive.

Best Buy also dropped the price on Street Fighter x Tekken Special Edition down to $34.99. The coupon from the magazine didn't scan right, but they didn't have a problem dropping it down to $14.99.

I did have to talk them in to giving me a copy of the new magazine as I will not get my first actual issue until the September issue comes out. It seems that this most recent issue is a July/August issue. They didn't give me any problems once they verified that I had bought a subscription a few weeks ago.
