having never played Magic a day in my life, i thought i was doing good the first couple of days i had the game -- i was up to the ninth guy in the campaign. Last night he slaughtered me over and over --- so i said "well, i will go back and play the first guy in the campaign" -- he tore me up too. I guess i was just having some bad luck last night.

i did try to play my first online match, but the guy got frustrated with the cards he was being dealt and quit after ten minutes.

am i at a disadvantage online not having all of the extra cards unlocked?

I can say that dropping the difficulty down does help. I got to through the 14th guy on "Archmage", but #15 was about impossible. I dropped it down to "Mage" and destroyed him and the final guy in one shot each.

There were a few plays they made that I said "Really?" out loud.

* TMNT: Turtles in Time Re-shelled meh.

* Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 getting it on PSN/PS3

Shadow Complex and Monkey Island for sure for me. Possibly Turtles, might have to check the demo first.

Shadow Complex, TMNT and Monkey Island are must buys and maybe Trials. It had some interest at E3 from some of the game journalists.

As for me, definitely Shadow Complex, probably Monkey Island, and maybe for 'Splosion Man depending on whether the demo grabs me.

To show 800 points, you have to be signed in and a Gold member (and not have already purchsed it).

I have the PC version of Trials (via Steam) and it is a super fun physics-based dirtbike platformer, if that makes any sense.

I do hope Shadow Complex is successful, I love me some 2D action platformers.

though I do suppose it's a bit much to hope for a BC:R version of Blaster Master.

oh right, need to login...duh. Now it's queued up for when I come home.

I'm a little to old to have ever been a Turtles fan, and beat 'em ups (especially those focused more on multiple players, as I have no video-game playing friends) mostly bore me to tears.

Pretty sure Battlefield is coming this week, as well as Garou: Mark of the Wolves. That would mean they both precede the "Summer of Arcade".
