I tried to exploit the glitch but couldn't. I wonder what I'm doing wrong. Anway, FT is actully a pretty good game. I know you say it's weighted towards thehouse, but it seems you can continuously slowly make money if you cash out as soon as you get above the bet amount or slowly push it as long as you haven't used the gate card. At least it seemed that way to me (of course we've got lots of pretty buildings here in Vegas made from money from people who thought they could beat the house as well).

I couldn't get it to work on the first game you can play; I had to use it in a tournament till I opened up other games with betting ranges. It has to be one where there's a range of possible wagers. Of the three, to me, FT is the most like Vegas craps or blackjack, that is, a focused player using strategy can make money (even without the glitch.) Also the most fun for me because it's not just random, and not as slow as Keystone (although I do with you could turn off the "play remaining cards" feature.)

If there are 20 people in a spinnerbox tournament, and the game is truly random, wouldn't simple math suggest that I finish in the top 5 in one tournament out of every four I play? Why doesn't it seem to work that way?

Bionic Commando Rearmed is amazing!!!! I love this game, and for 10 bucks it makes games like Penny Arcade look like a rip-off.. I hope this game makes millions....it sold 48,000 copies its first three days on XBLA so that is a good sign....

Don't know if it actually qualifies as "news", but Galaga Leigons comes out on Wed, as previously announced, but with a price point of 800 pts, thank God. This is one game that got great write ups at E3. I'm really looking forward to it.
I haven't purchased BCR yet. It looks great, but was a little cumbersome in the controls for my tastes. I bet it's really hard and I'll never get past the first boss -- at least I made it to the end of the demo (unlike Ikaruga
). I'm pretty sure I'll buy it eventually, but just didn't feel like a must-buy for me yet.

Well, I'm done with pub games. Got up to a 5* level with one guy, unlocked all the good inventory items, and then for good measure used the glitch to give me a ~30 thousand gold. That's enough for me. Now I shall bang all your wives.
