I thought the controls were great. They took a little getting used to, but I felt like a right badass after a few moments of play.

Also, throwing a tie-fighter (or whatever it's called)? Freaking awesome. I don't like Star Wars, like at all, and I definitely will be picking this one up.

I really didn't need to play this to know I was buying it, but now it's made me anticipate September 16th that much more...

The targeting is sloppy and, for my tastes, the game is too fast-paced. I don't really care for games that throw two dozen enemies at you at one time.

Still, I very much enjoyed the demo and will definitely get the game at some point.

The lack of persistant bodies is so last-gen. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but how much more satisfying would it be to have scores of dead stormtrooper bodiess to wade through and force throw at newly advancing soldiers. I think you could do that in Psi-Ops, so it's pretty inexcusable that you can't here.

Understandable, but did Psi-ops have a hanger bay with hordes of TIE Fighters, crates & explosives? There's more on the screen than just a dozen stormtroopers. Psi-ops was mostly small enclosed areas.

I liked the demo but it just didn't have the wow factor for me. I will definitely play the game but with so many must buy titles this year this one will have to latch on for me to shell out another 60.

A bit off topic but I sure wish that Lucasarts would remake Star Wars Battlefront for the next gen systems.

I did find it weird that the TIE Fighters reappear if you wait long enough. That's not game breaking or anything, just a weird choice.

Or at least a new Nexgen game like say, Star Wars Battlefront III.

Which ones reappear? In the hanger, once a row of them are destroyed a conveyor brings out another batch of them. Very cool.

I downloaded the PS3 demo earlier, so I'll be trying that one out for comparison tonight.

Oh, I didn't realize there was a conveyor belt thing going on. That is pretty cool, and it's not like I didn't enjoy being able to throw around more Fighters.

I was not impressed at all. The targeting was haphazard. The gameplay didn't engage me. I threw on the Revenge of the Sith game for the original Xbox right afterwards and had a lot more fun. Is it a polished? Not at all. Does it make you feel more like a Jedi? I think so.

The targeting is a pain but it still seems like a pretty fun game.

It should. Aren't you a Sith in this game? (Sorry, I had to.)

For a game that's been such a long time coming, I knew that it would come off a little dated. I can only expect the same for that seemingly abandoned Indiana Jones game.

It was Announced May 8, 2006. I'm not holding my breath anymore, when was the last time we've seen any screens for it, even though they claim it is still in the works.

Thought i saw a new screen from the game in a game magazine recently. It showed Indy watching the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge. It looked sweet.

That was concept art for the game. I remember seeing it on Joystiq. Apparently it is still coming.

I liked the demo too. Probably won't pick it up at full price, but I'll at least rent it or wait for a price drop.
