The feedback system is bullshit anyway. I wouldn't worry about your score...I certainly don't about mine.

I think it is used to catch the super-abusers. Dings here and there are not going to get any attention.

yeah I know it's BS and meant to snag serious offenders. But still, getting hit over petty shit is just annoying.

Thats a load of shit. I had mine set as "Fah Q" and finally changed it after a year. I never got suspended over it.

You only get suspended if you get caught. i.e. someone you played filed a report about it. Now that phrase goes into their "not allowed" data bank.

Yeah I tried to play a bunch of Tug of War in RB this morning to finally get those achievements so I never have to play Tug of War again (don't like that mode). I was on a streak of 4 wins then of course I get a couple of people who quit on me because they were losing. Then of course I get paired up with someone who kicks my ass. I could have quit for the achievement, but I'm not going to stoop to that level. Back to the drawing board...

If I give bad feedback I will wait a couple of days so they won't know who did it, otherwise I figure you can expect to get dinged back in retaliation.

Long story short: After nearly eight months, I was finally able to get back online and retrieve my original gamertag. Thrilled, but I seemingly lost ALL of my XBLA games in the process. Will I need to buy these again, or is there something else I need to do to get them back?

Well, you SHOULD be able to look them up on the marketplace and redownload them. If it's the same system you originally downloaded them to then you shouldn't have any problems. If not, then you'll have to be logged in to Live to play them.

Different system. I replaced my entire unit when I shipped my original console to Circuit City. So, new HD and everything. So not only did I lose my saves, but I also lost all my XBLA content?

You should be able to download all your content for free.

What will cause you some issues will be the DRM will now require that you be logged into your gamertag and online to access the Live Arcade games. Otherwise they will show up as demos.

Some have had luck contacting MSoft through the 1.800.4MYXBOX and petitioning to get their digital rights transferred. Supposedly it takes about a month for all the paperwork to process and there may be some runaround when you call them.

When you go to the Xbox Marketplace, can you re-download all your purchased content?

Yes. Go to the Marketplace --> Account settings --> Download history

Just go down the list re-downloading what you want.

Can you guys school me on the guitar accessories for the 360?

I really want to play the guitar parts of Rock Band (I'm not too interested in the vocals and drumming). But I'd also like to play GHII & GHIII. I'm leaning towards buying the GHIII bundle. But I heard that even though it's compatible, it's missing some of the RB guitar features. If I'm misinformed, please let me know.

Is there a magical guitar that can handle all these games? I'd prefer something wireless. Thanks for the help.

Either GH guitar works on all three games (GHII, GHIII, and RB) on the 360. The RB guitar WILL NOT work with the GH games. The only thing you are missing out on are a second set of buttons on the neck of the RB guitar. They are only used for solos, AFAIK.

There's also the little effects switch on the Rock Band guitar which changes the audio effect when you use the whammy bar, but that serves no real purpose as far as gameplay is concerned.

And the big rock endings. That's the only thing I use them for. I can't finger-tap the solos for shit.

I wonder if the wireless controllers will be any better than the wired, quality-wise.

So the GH guitars will be ok? There's no third-party guitar that does it all (or one that's coming out in the near future)?

Yes on the GH guitars.

As far as third party, I'm not sure. I do know that there will never be a wireless third-party option because of their proprietary setup. So if you want a wireless guitar that works with every game you've narrowed the field to one option: GHIII.

Except for when you are playing bass and trigger the fat wah sound just at the right time...pretty wicked sounding!

Looks like MS is finally taking action against gamerscore cheaters. From MajorNelson.com for serious offenders:

• Resetting the entire Gamerscore for an account to zero
• The account will be unable to regain all previously obtained achievements and Gamerscore, however, the players will have the ability to gain future Achievements by earning them fairly, like the majority of the Xbox LIVE community does.
• The account will be clearly labeled as a cheater for the community to view on xbox.com. You can see an example here. In dash, the personal view of the gamercard will be labeled as well.

Point #2 is odd. Couldn't someone determined enough just create a new gamertag and not have those restrictions? I think catching some reactions when someone's 130k points are gone via the Vision cam would be golden.

How would they know?

And so there are going to be a million Xbox Live users with the name CheaterMcCheat?
