Actually, Too Human does have some RPG elements. It has selectable character classes with the branching skill tree progression type of thing. It also supposedly has an inventory system with a myriad of weapons, armors, items, etc.

Two Worlds looks like an Elder Scrolls clone to me. It has the same huge sprawling open ended world and even the HUD looks like it was lifted straight from Oblivion.

Wow. God bless MS for demos.

Just put a half hour or so into Stuntman: Ignition. Looks like I will striking that one from my want list. It is a cool concept, but would be a very frustrating experience for a game. Seems like a concept that would work better as an extra mode in a different game.

Still no Beyond Good & Evil backwards-compatibility
Nice to see Mech Assault 2 on there -- pretty decent game.

I know the reasons some games get BCed while others don't can be complicated. I get that. Still it never ceases to amaze me at some of the incredibly obscure titles that get made BC : NBA Live 2002? Was anyone really hanging onto that title hoping they could play it on the 360? How about "Outlaw Golf 9 More Holes of X-mas"? Anyone think they didn't get their $5 worth of playing time with that one after four or five years?

I gave up on that one and sold it. If I'm itching for another run through I figure I'll nab it on the gamecube since the Wii has zero BC issues.

Wasn't Jet Set Radio part of the last update?

Anyway, OutRun 2/2006 being added is nice for me, still no Otogi or Sudeki though. Beyond Good & Evil would be nice, but I own the GameCube version. I would easily pick up the Xbox version if it was added though to try it out in 1080p.

taffer, basically, they write the emulation code to focus on getting key titles to work, anything that works after making sure what they were aiming for is running is how a lot of games make the list that you'd think nobody would ever play again.

I think downloadable demos have beeen a defining factor this generation. Games like Full Auto would have sold better without them whereas games like Dead Rising and Crackdown seemingly benefitted from em.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2!

I have the Dreamcast version, but I picked up the Xbox version fairly cheap a few months ago, hoping it would get BCed for the 360. I'm guessing the game will be even more in demand now than it was before.

And I'm stoked on the Outrun 2 update, but still no Otogi is starting to piss me off.

Yup, it was, but supposedly they've improved the emulation for it in this update. I played it on the 360 prior to this latest update and there was a decent amount of terrible slowdown. I never played it on the OG Xbox, so I don't know if that's how it was to begin with, but I'm hoping that this update fixes that.

Anyone see THIS article. Apparently ALL 360's are crippled (or have the potential to get the RRoD)

Interesting.

I think this makes complete sense (that all are defective). If 30-45% of your stock has failed, and all are made identically, you should expect the remaining stock to fail at some point, even if they have not failed yet.

My amazement is that someone from MS went PUBLIC with the info....if the article is really true. That could set up for some mass recall, which MS would never do at this point. I'm just annoyed as my 360 is being shipped back for the 3rd time now.

I'm sure they'll eventually extend the warranty out to 5 years and replace any that come back with a 65m chip and a massive heatsink like they're doing now.

Wow, you think whoever was responsible for that design flaw (or whoever let it get past testing) has been shit-canned?

Same here.

I'm just hoping that I get back a 360 that has the problem fixed. So I can think it was good timing... Hopefully since they are willing to admit the problem exists in all units, they will be fixing said problem properly.

I doubt I will get a 65nm Chip in my refurb that is coming back....it would be great if true, but no real way to find out, w/o opening the 360...which would void the warranty.

wouldn't it run quieter and cooler? Still not 100% effective, but a decent measure.

I tried this out this morning and got the exact opposite feel from it. It doesn't seem like a game I'll be buying, but definitely one that I'll rent and enjoy for a week or so.

Again, I still would like to believe that the new heatsink that was mentioned a few weeks back are probably the solution to this issue.

Ugh. The BC on MvC2 is for shit. It flickers badly and the sprites move around really choppy, killing the game. I hope they update it soon.

Yah I tried it last night and came away very disappointed. Not only is the graphical glitch very annoying, there are slowdowns aplenty as well.

Same thing with KOF02/03 from last BC update, I wish they would clean it up before including it as the BC pack. It is so disappointing to have it playable but completely butchered.

Going to try Outrun 2/C2C next.

Yeah after playing the Stuntman Demo, it was more frustrating that fun. I don't enjoy games where if a mistake is made you must start over and do the exact same thing.

Will there be a easy way to tell if you get a 360 with the 65nm chip whenever they become available?
