Im still looking to buy a Wii but I was wondering something before selling my GC. Does the Wii use the GC memory cards for my GC games or will they be lost once I play them on the Wii? Im sure the GC memory card is compatible but I want to make sure.

Most importantly, is Battalion Wars 2 for the Wii still going to happen? I want a Wii basically for this baby!

They use the GC memory cards, it should carry over any infom from them.

I tried looking up Battalion Wars 2, but I just see news from 08/06. I hope its still scheduled.

Battalion Wars 2 is coming out October 29th.
Forever Blue is coming to the US as Endless Ocean. It also comes out on October 29th.
Fire Emblem: Goddess of Dawn (Wii) will come out on November 5th in America.

Good showing for nintendo, I loved them showing the game industry is up all over the world. I laughed when they said the top 20 wii games 15 of them were from 3rd party. (well duh, theres only what 5 nintendo games on the Wii) I wish did something with there online stragedy, I hope they have lobbys etc on Mario Kart, If its all through friend codes the online will suck. They need voice chat too. Nintendo seems kind of dumb on the online part.

Nintendo promised that some 100 new games for the Wii, known for its motion-sensitive controller which can be swung like a bat or brandished like a sword, will debut by the end of the year. It also showed off a pistol-style controller and motion-sensitive pad for dancing and walking.

But not everyone may be able to get even the basic console in time for the year's main buying season.

"There is no guarantee that we are not going to have 'out-of-stock' this holiday season," George Harrison, senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications for Nintendo of America, said in an interview. The Wii Zapper, which forms a gun from Nintendo's standard controllers, will debut this year and offer better play for shooting and war game fans, a hard core audience that has been secondary to Nintendo's focus on casual games.

A new pressure-sensing mat, dubbed the Balance Board, will come out next year -- after this year's holiday buying season. The mat can sense when a person moves and leans, letting players head virtual soccer balls "thrown" at them, for instance.

Man, so much stuff I want and so much stuff I still haven't played.

No footage from E3 (not Halo, not Metal Gear, not even RE5) has given me a greater sense of joy than the one featuring Mario prancing about in a bumblebee outfit.

Another great E3 for Nintendo. I'm glad that Galaxy and Brawl are so close together. Oh and slop, yeah Bee-Mario pretty much owns.

Finally looks like the Mario I was wanting after Mario 64.
