I just beat this on Normal, there is a little bonus mission after the credits that is very cool, make sure you don't miss it!

I was able to get online yesterday for a couple of hours with very few hiccups. I don't know if they've totally fixed the multiplayer issues yet or if I was just one of the lucky few, but it was at least temporarily working yesterday afternoon.

yeah i just beat the game too on normal and i wasn't paying attention when that mission came up. i wonder if that's where the next game is headed maybe? it was a little misplaced i thought, but it could foreshadow the future of the cod franchise.

Anyone tried that bonus level on Vet? It is hard. I did it easily in Hardened but Vet you get very little time to reach the hostage. Watching some youtubes now to get a better understanding on how to tackle this mission.

This guy makes beating it look easy. He's on Veteran with a PISTOL!

I'm amazed that so many people can beat this game on Veteran. The furthest I got was the first enemy encounter inside the ship on the first mission. I'm standing there and don't see any enemies and for some reason I die 2 seconds after the shooting starts. WTF? How do you people survive long enough to get shots off?

I can pretty much put my sites in the hall way and start spraying and die within 2 seconds. I die when I'm not even in the enemies sights. I don't' know if their bullets are bouncing off the metal walls and hitting me or what. So fuck Veteran. I'll stick to MP. Where the most varied levels of intelligence live. Also where most people suck.

I did, and it took me forever to figure it out. I pretty much used my flashbangs at the same areas as that youtube video above. However, in the last hallway before the VIP, as soon as my flashbang went off, I sprinted towards the VIP room, and barely made it. Luckily, as soon as the slow motion sequence starts, you don't have to worry about anything else.

I don't know how the hell that guy did it with the pistol, even after watching the video. Whenever I didn't pick up the P90, I barely made it to the second floor.

rented this game tonight just to see what the hype was all about, played the first level on the ship and ohh nooo started to feel so groggy, I play on a 46 inch tv and I finished that level had to run to the bathroom and vomit, the camera moving back and forth just got to me, needless to say this one is going back to the store tomorrow.

I felt a little woozy after the first level as well, but that was the only level that gave me problems. I think its a great game, and you should give the other levels a shot before returning it.

You might have a serious problem. I'd get it checked out.

Having the mask on for seeing at night makes me a bit disoriented and nauseous. I hate that you don't have any peripheral vision -- but it's realistic as hell and that's why I love this game. I literally walk into houses/barns/buildings with trepidation.

I was thinking of getting this to play on my 70 inch tv but I don't want to spew everywhere!

What is that everyone recommends for motion sickness while playing FPS? Ginger pills?

I tried the game again and yes the motion sickness is still there but nowhere near as that first level on the ship hahhaha. This has been a problem with me with some movies like Blair Witch and the last Bourne movie did me in with the shaky camera work.

Having said that I have played FPS before like Ghost Recon and the Rainbow Six series with no problems, this game is beautiful graphically, very intense, on a side note I speak Russian and Arabic so it was cool to hear the real languages, what was interesting the type of Arabic they used was the classical one which is only used in formal settings like speeches or newspapers not in everyday conversations.

I guess take out the Gravol and give this one another chance lol

I couldn't understand how can FPS game caused some people getting motion sickness.

I always move my mouse all over places while I disarming the bomb in COD1, I have got some of my "dead" clan mates, who's waiting to respawn - but watching my POV - got nauseous from that.

I been doing some looking around the net on this topic, and turns out its not that rare, apparently alot of FPS have their field of vision at 80 to 90 degrees, this game has it at 65 degrees so its alot more narrow causing the nausea feeling for some.

No one said you had to shake your controller and look in all directions while playing the first level...
