I don't know if I have the 800 round machine gun either. Does that one have a scope to allow you to zoom in?

Speaking of, sorry miyu, a friend hopped on and wanted to game right as I was accepting your invite.

Leveled up to Explosives 3 over my lunch hour as well as racking up the 15 kills with the Globe achievement. The Firefly almost makes leveling too easy. Each grouping of the Shai Gen (5 to 8 guys) up on the rooftops can be taken out with 1 or 2 blasts and increase your overall explosives score by 2 to 3 points.
If anyone need to find the globe, it's at the northern most region of the Volk territory, close to where the highway that leads to the Shai Gen territory. It's kind of secluded in a mountainous area. The narrator will pipe in and make a comment about a gang underboss moving from that location to the shopping district, otherwise it will be crawling with enemies.

Spent most of last night searching for Hidden and Agility orbs. I'm up to 200 / 300 on the Hidden ones and 456 / 500 on the agility. The ones in the Shai-gen territory are a real bitch to get to.
My stats haven't changed much besides completely maxing out Agility. Nothing happens after you go from 4.99 to 5. It just stops keeping track. I'm taking it slow on the bosses as well. I've only just killed off the Volk leader on the Oil Rig.
Some achievements I unlocked last night:
Shot-Putter: After killing the Volk uberboss on the oil rig, grab his body and leap off the area where he's originally hiding. At the very tip-top of your jump, chuck his body at a 45 degree angle. The achievement should pop up once he hits the water. Really, you could probably chuck anything from that height and it could work.
Mad Bomber: This one chimed in after just hopping from rooftop to rooftop in Shai-gen territory taking out the groups with the Firefly. Due to the deaths of those poor bastards, I've almost hit 4 stars in explosives.

I got the Globe achievement as well last night. That one was a blast to get. I did it in co-op with a friend. He killed on gang member with the globe and I killed the rest. We both got the achievement though.
I leveled up my firearms to 4* by sitting on a roof next to a supply point in the Shai-gen area and kept headshotting the gang members on the roofs and ground.
I need to find more hidden orbs. I only have about 120 of those I think. I have about 460 agility orbs.
I have taken out the first two gangs and just one of the bosses in the Shai-gen area.

Where is the observatory globe? I looked for it last night and couldn't find it.
I'm a big fan of the cluster grenades....talk about explosions

I'm maxed out on strength, 4 star agility, 3 star explosives and firearms and two star driving.
And thanks Michael for the tip on Shot Putter - I'm going to go try it now!

Car juggler is very simple after you defeat Cowell in the Shai Gen territory. Once the his building is under police control, take the Agency SUV up the elevator. Once you reach the top, grab the car and head for the balcony. Toss the car up & over along with unleashing 1 rocket into the car (or set off a mine). The fall will take about 9 seconds. Also, that's a great place to do:
Driving High by riding in the car while going up the elevator
Hazardous Hangtime by riding off the building's roof.
Front Flipper by performing 2 forward flips in the car while going down.
Over lunch, I picked up 4 star Explosives, Firing Squad (the 500 shooting kills) and one I specifically tried called Chain Banger (Blow up 100 explosive objects in 60 seconds).
For those looking to pick up Chain Banger quickly, you should have the Firefly and a decent agility rating. Head to the Los Muertos beachfront. There is a strip of houses beside the pier that have a ton of explosive barrels and the pier has a horseshoe shaped grouping of barrels that explode in a domino effect.
Basically, you just start running back and forth between those two sections while firing those rockets. The barrels will automatically respawn by the time you get within range of them. The whole ordeal takes less than 30 seconds to accomplish.

Here's a map that roughly identifies the location of 295 of the 300 Hidden Orbs. It may possibly identify more than 295 because some of the locations could be near two orbs, i.e. on top of and under a bridge.
Spoilered it because the picture is huge!

Spoiler:
90 is inside the little room the boss is hiding in and outside the complex via a connecting pipe.
151 is located at the bottom of the building in a nook in the cement walkway and on the top of the building in a smokestack.
243, is located at the top of an archway over a bridge and underneath the bridge in a cement hallway.

Thanks, Flay! Got Chain Banger and Driving High due to your tips.
Funny thing on Body Juggler - Got that in a co-op game by standing on the top of a mountain and firing down with the Firefly at a Los Muertos soldier. He went straight up, and I used the Firefly to encourage him to stay up.
Got to try again to get Car Juggler, Hazardous Hangtime and Front Flipper. Any hints on Rampage?

Keep in mind that Rampage has sub-achievements before it's awarded:
-Blow up 25 gang-controlled vehicles in 60 seconds.
-Kill 15 gang members with your bare hands or thrown objects in 60 seconds.
-Shoot and kill 15 gang members in 60 seconds.
-Use explosives to kill 25 gang members in 60 seconds.
-Use a vehicle to kill 10 gang members in 60 seconds.
-Pop 20 tires on gang-controlled vehicles in 60 seconds.
Best time to attempt any of the above is when you're being fed gang members by waves such as when hit squads are sent to your location or if you're attacking a heavily protected boss.
I still have to pop 20 tires and use a vehicle, but most of the others was from dealing with hit squads and just letting them gather then strike.

The Stadium has 4 cars in the rear and 1 car our on the outside. The only problem is that the tires won't blow when shooting at an angle.
Oakley's place is much better for two reasons. One, the cars are in a showroom area and all of them are on lifts. Basically, the tires are at eye level. Two, there are 6 cars to shoot and the SUV's have 6 tires. So, if you miss a few, no big deal.

This game is so damned addicting. I totally suck at it, but I am having so much fun playing it.
This game ought to come with a warning label -- after playing for a while this morning, I had to run some errands, and when I got in my car, for the first five minutes I was driving, I had to make a conscious effort not to just floor the accelerator and mow down pedestrians.

Picked this up today. I wasn't totally sold by the demo. I will say what I've played so far, it's better.
Not a huge fan of these free roaming GTA-type games, but I've been looking for something to play. It was either this or ST: Legacy. The co-op had more appeal to me.
