The achievements are pretty easy to get in Madden 2007 too. Just start a franchise, select every team and sim the season, sim the super bowl and sim the pro bowl. Then go back to the main screen and select play now. When it gives you the option to save pick no and start another franchise season the same way. This will get you all the season, game records, and game level achievement points.
