Just picked up Burning Crusade and a 60 day card. It's good to have my WOW fix again. I've been going through withdrawl symptoms, but all is good again.

Haven't been around here much lately...

My warlock hit lvl 70 within 10 days of the expansion release. Then was the long 10-12 day grind for 5K gold for the epic mount.

I've got the epic flying mount and am currently app'ing with the top raiding guild on my server.

Tried Gruul's Lair tonight. Woah...is an understatement. We took down the 1st boss fairly easily but Gruul himself is amazing....5 million life and some amazing knockbacks and if you don't spread out...watch out. My warlock has 11,370 life buffed and died in 1 hit if anyones near you. 3rd try I was out of range and only got hit for 9K.

Oh well...all is fair in war and raiding We'll learn the strat..and upgrade items through Karazhan.

I'm at +823 shadow damage unbuffed right now so its a blast to raid and farm for cash for that matter. It should be illegal for locks to farm. I can farm for hours without ever drinking or eating for life/mana!

So last night I joined in on one of my first pvp raids. It was a raid on Halaa against the Horde. I had so much fun bombing Horde from the sky. I get too pissed off when a horde kills me though. Being a mage isn't fun, as I felt I was being picked on due to my cloth armor and the fact that I can put out so much damage. There was a 70 Rogue(I'm 67 frost mage) that kept stealth killing me from behind. I noticed that on my server, Anvilmar, the Horde are better organized when it comes to PVP. They were winning most of the time, but we all got on the birds and bombed the hell out of them to retake control of Halaa and go on our seperate ways.

Jeez...I finally got to level 34 the other day and it took forever, I can't imagine getting to the 60's.

Keep in mind this game has been out for quite some time. I have a 70 warlock, 61 rogue, 60 priest, 60 paladin and more misc. alts than I should mention.

I'm a slow leveller (my highest character is 61 and I have a lot of low-level alts), and it can take some time the first time through -- especially if you stop to smell the roses (as I do), or stop to PvP at the 9's (as I do).

I'm at 66 and i'm a slow poke in my guild. a bunch of guys are already 70. I've been questing in Nagrand a bunch and have never seen the horde around Halaa. I wouldnt mind some pvp there sometime but there are never any opponents. My main is a warrior and he sucks at PvP so i usually PvP with my 62 mage (arcane/fire). I ran a few games of Eye of Storms and it was pretty fun. being a 62, i got killed a lot by 69s but i was able to get a good number of HKs.
I'm hoping to take my warrior through the Cavern of Time: Old Hillsbrad instance tonight. it looks like it should be pretty cool.

am at lvl 69- just 210k away from 70. I have my money ready for my regular flying mount and have started a couple low lvl alts.

I kind of wish I did not take a warrior for my first character since they really are not that good compared to other classes. The good news is that my alts will seem easy in comparison to solo with.

Just hit 69 myself(insert joke here) and am preparing for an all day grind tomorrow to reach 70. I have a little over 800k in gold, but I'm sure I'll be close to getting a flying mount by the time I reach 70.

I'm about halfway through 69 with my main, and have decided to skip buying a flying mount. I got the druid flying form at 68 which flies at the same speed as the regular flying mount, and there will be an epic flying form coming sometime. I doubt I'll get to 5000 gold before it does (at 1200 now). However, druids get the basic flying mount riding skill for free so I'm all set if I ever feel like getting a regular mount.

Another reason not to buy a mount is that the flying form is instant-cast and I can do it after jumping off a building or a cliff, which is way more fun than opening up my mount and waiting for it to cast.

I managed to pick up my epic flying mount this weekend. Cruising around at 280% makes it too easy to forage for mines. I wonder how long before blizzard nerfs it.

I've talked with several druids who aren't buying their lower flying mount. But remember, to get the epic flying mount you need to buy the 225 flying for 800g. So the epic ends up costing 6,000g total.

Took down the last boss in Karazhan last night. Much easier fight than Netherspite or the Shade of Aran.

Saw my first Tier 4 drop. Went to a mage. Awesome stuff.

Oh, our Guild had its 120th toon reach lvl 70 last night. I wonder what is tops server wide.

Man, I'm still a ways behind you guys, just almost to 67. Did the Ring of Blood last night, man was that fun! It was on a PVE server, so there were lots of horde and alliance around. I had a good time putting "Curse of Recklessness" on the bosses as soon as they spawned when the horde were doing the event. Does that make me a bad person?

For 5000g + they better not nerf it.


I just hit lvl 70 last week and I'm finding plenty of quests to make money in Netherstorm, and I haven't even quested in Shadowmoon yet.

just dropped for me in Blade's Edge Mountians, debating sellign it or giving it to my Warrior

it is a nice weapon- I am using it now. got it for 61 gold which i thought was a steal when i was lvl 66. still have not found anything to replace it yet.

i hit 67 on monday night. had a quick guild run back to ZG for a couple primal idols (jindo and bloodlord). its crazy how far you can run in without aggroing anything.
