Well, it doesnt work EVERY time, almost everytime though.

My house is now complete. Well, I will still need to pay the final 948,000 bell bill but I at least have all my rooms. I also got the Arwing today in the recycle bin. I'm going out tonight, but I will try and visit towns next week and bring the paintings, Arwing and any other cool stuff people might want to add to their catalogs. I will try and catch up and add as many people as possible to my list.

Now, I have to decide the way to decorate the new room. Currently I have the complete Snow Man set in my main room, partial Lab Set upstairs, nearly complete Robo Set on the left, and partial modern set on the right. Not sure what I want to do with the back room, but I'm starting with the Arwing in the center of it. May actually do a video game themed room in there though I don't know what wallpaper will look best in there. Decisions, decisions.

Just wanted to pop in and say I finally know what "chic" furniture is. I had a very annoying horse asking for chic furniture everyday, after trying lots of unsucessful pieces I found one item that he accepted as chic. The nintendo bench. I bought it from nook and on whim I give it to him - he no longer asks for chic furniture, woohoo!

Darkside, I made one room in my house just for sets. A lot of sets or 2 or 3 pieces so I crammed one room just full of sets to get as many HRA points as possible. You could do that with your last room.

Make a game room: dart board, billiard table, arcade game, pinball machine, etc.

This is exactly what I decided to do. I already have the tabletop game system, arcade system and pinball machine in there along with the arwing and mario coin and will add the mahjong table, billard table ect to it.

oh man! I had a real drama yesterday. Peanut left my village!! I was so sad, she was one of my favorites. No warning either or packing up her boxes (maybe she did but I was sorta busy at an italian restaurant with my sister). I stopped her on a few occasions that way when they pack their stuff. Well I get home and I got new mail. A simple letter from Peanut saying she moved. Didn't say where. On top of that she called my town "lame!" . Noooooo!!

But it doesn't end there! I'm in Hell right now and guess who I see there. It's that f-er Peanut! I know its the same one because she even calls me by my nickname Lil'K. AHHH!!

A couple of people left my town. So far I have two animal pics, I try to make them leave after I get their pics.

I got Buck from Sumas in my town now.

I haven't been able to get anyone's picture. I've sent letters, indulge in silly fishing contests, run errands and nada. What am I not doing?

I've managed to get 2 pictures so far. I talk to everyone as often as I can but the characters who gave me their pictures are ones I ignore at times when I'm in a hurry. I'm not sure why these 2 thought I was picture worthy. I've had 2 people leave my town so far and I really wish I would of gotten pictures before they ran off.

You are not doing anything wrong. I do not know what the reasoning is when you receive a picture. I have done about 20 errands for one of my neighbors with nothing, I have also done less than 5 for another and they gave me the picture. The neighbor that I had done 5 errands for wanted to leave town, and I had to beg her to stay, shortly after she gave me the picture. Now I ignore her when she wants to talk to me, dont send her mail, and she still wont leave....go figure.

Hi PrincessT, you're hunch is right. I saw a baby cat crying endless streams of tears in my town. I missed the lunchtime fix because I was at work. I have to go to the store tonight but I will keep my town open from 8 to 12 PM Central (and will most likelky be around then too) so you can bring her over. If that doesn't work we can try again tomorrow . There's plenty of fruit too!
